Our self-catering apartment is located in the heart of the Edinburgh city centre and are within a short walk of all the main tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The apartments is only within a 10-15min walk of Princes Street, as well being served by public transport links to the main locations in Edinburgh.

Great Stay, Location, and Amenities

Great property in Edinburgh, easy 30 minute walk anywhere in town. Fit our family 5 very well, great having 2 bathrooms. Everything was very comfortable and as described. Quiet neighborhood with local markets and dining. Easy to explore the Castle, Royal Mile, and hiking around. Would stay here again and recommend it. Easy communication with the owners.

Good plus for car parking and security but too far out of town and a very noisy busy location

Good mattresses but room sizes and bathroom s very tight and the bathrooms need refurbishing.

Very tiring to access buses for town as location is too far out.

The pressure water system from the apartment and from adjoining flats makes an incredible noise when toilets are flushed and showers are used

Far from the Action. but Clean and Well-Equipped

Pros: The owner Paul was excellent at communication. Renting was easy. The apartment is in a building that looks a bit worn, but the apartment is itself very clean and light, the appliances new. Although the apartment is in a large complex that backs onto the Haymarket railroad station, noise was not a problem. The beds were comfortable. A good value.

Cons: The neighborhood, although perfectly safe, is a bit run down, without, for example, many restaurants or grocers. The apartment is a touch Spartan--it doesn't invite making oneself at home (which shouldn't be an issue if the goal of one's trip is to see the town). More than anything, the issue for us was distance. The apartment was a 30 - 40 minute walk to the main parts of Edinburgh--likely not a problem for young folks, but a bit far for us seniors.

Great place!

Wonderful apt. Very homely and nicely furnished. It is also has almost everything you need. Location was also good and Paul was a very reliable owner. Very responsive. I recommend this place to anyone who intends to come to Edinburgh.
