Our self-catering apartment is located in the heart of the Edinburgh city centre and is within a short walk of all the main tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The apartment is only within a 10-15min walk of Princes Street, as well as being served by public transport links to the main locations in Edinburgh.

Ideally located by tram stop and train station

5 of us stayed in this apartment and it was spotless. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the tram station, get yourself a combined bus and tram ticket and you can enjoy all of Edinburgh. I'd certainly stay here again. Great host too. So welcoming and friendly, I fully recommend this property.

very enjoyable

This apartment was very well located; we used the nearby bus stop a lot. Several good local restaurants right there.

There was plenty of room for two couples, and it was clean and well stocked.

One recommendation - we didn't know how to use the combo washer/dryer and could have used some written instructions.

Great place to stay in Edinburgh

Paul greeted us promptly at our arrival. Apartment is in a quiet area and very clean. Lots of towels, washer/dryer and spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Some really nice restaurants near by. I would recommend Mia. It is fabulous is you like Italian. Short (10-15 min) walk to shops and many other restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and the bus, train and tram station are not a far walk. Some improvements could be made to the bathroom tiles in showers. Definitely a lot more room than a hotel but very basic accommodations. Bed were comfortable but please splurge and get new pillows.

Great location, plenty of room, good working kitchen with everything you need except scissors.

Only problem we had was hot water, we got home late so had to set alarm for 3.00am to set it. Had to reset 3 out of 5 nights.

Clothes rack was broken and one towel so thin it tore when I dried my back. Everything else was very good. There are some great restaurants close by. A nice walk into centre and great bars and pubs on way home.

Beds pillows dooms very comfortable. Interesting smells we gather came from brewery.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. Would recommend the apartment. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😄😄
