“Come have fun in the Sun and Welcome to 'Get-A-Way-To-Kihei'.
GetAwayToKihei fronts the beautiful Hawaii conservation shoreline in Kihei. Fabulous restaurants, art galleries and golf courses are nearby. Historic Lahaina is just a short scenic drive away. Haleakala, the world's largest dormant volcano, beckons in the distance. Maui is famous for its diving, snorkeling and winter whale watching. One reason the price stays in line is that the location isn’t sitting inside one of the posh resort areas in Wailea – but folks who’ve been to Maui know that actually matters very little because Maui is very small. You can be at any part of South Maui from here within minutes. All beaches in Maui are public, so in ten minutes you can be sitting at the same beach Paris Hilton lounges on (that would be Wailea Beach, by the way) but without the “on Wailea Beach” price tag.
The view along with the Aloha spirit is what Maui is all about! You get it all from from our lanai. Swaying palms, sunrise, sunsets, aqua blue water, and during the winter months, you can watch the Whales, all from the fifth floor lanai in the condo right on the oceanfront. Come and enjoy our remodeled, Deluxe condo, with all the comforts of home but in paradise. We offer a full size kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dining area, comfortable living room, cozy bedroom, and a beautiful natural stone bathroom. It has it all just bring your luggage. Free High-Speed Internet and long distance phone service in the condo. The condo is great for two or when entertaining friends. Come and enjoy the Magical island of Maui Hawaii. In a nutshell: South Maui is home to the spectacular world-class beaches of Kihei, Wailea and Makena. Wailea, to the south of this region, boasts exclusive resorts and golf, while Kihei to the north is where you’ll find more affordable hotels, condos and vacation rentals.
Minuses: Once off the beach, the Kihei part of South Maui has lots of shops and food, but some places feel more like California than Hawaii.
Sound-bite: “How many new beaches should we explore today?”
The area called “South Maui” is a coastal strip which is actually geographically on the south-west coast of the island. Starting in North Kihei, South Maui extends as far south as La Perouse Bay. The popular tourist destinations of Kihei, Wailea and Makena (in that order) comprise virtually all in this area, and generally speaking, the beaches and lodging become more posh and exclusive the further south you go. Several of the absolute best of Maui’s high-end resorts are concentrated in the Wailea area. There are also five spectacular golf courses in South Maui to choose from. South Maui is home to the spectacular world-class beaches of Kihei, Wailea and Makena. Wailea, to the south of this region, boasts exclusive resorts and golf, while Kihei to the north is where you'll find more affordable hotels, condos and vacation rentals.
Warmest Alohas from Maui!
I grew up on the west coast of Southern and Northern California, I LOVE the ocean and sailing. Ever since I visited Maui I have been going back to vacation as often as I can. As our family travled, I found Hawaii to be the perfect place. I couldn't get enough of the ocean. I was just amazed as a kid the first time I went snorkeling - I thought, 'Cool, it's like swimming in giant fish tank!' There was no question, someday I would live and vacation in my own 'Hawaii beach house.' I hope you'll enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer. I sure do. I think You'll want to keep coming back too!

The perfect location. The floorplan layout of Village By The Sea rooms are not long rectangles like most Kihei condos – much, much better in terms of feeling like you’re in a home and not a box. You’re oceanfront on a sand beach also. Close to shopping and dining and a great oceanfront and mountain view right from the condo. We take great pride in providing our guests with a high quality, clean, comfortable and well stocked accommodation. You will feel very much at home during your stay. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and look forward to hearing from you. The Weather in the resort areas of Maui (Kihei, Wailea and Kaanapali) is warm all year round. Winter high around 81 low around 64 ocean water 75 Summer high about 88 low about 69 ocean water 79 The most rain is in December and January, while the least rain is in June through September. When it rains in the resort areas of Maui, it sometimes only lasts 15 minutes, though it can rain all day in the winter. However, the weather can be completely different on another section of the same island. Each island has a windward side that gets most of the rain. On the chance that you might get a rainy day, you could bring a small umbrella or light raincoat. Call 866-944-5025 for Maui weather. Try many of the dozens of beaches. Go to Beach in the south part of Kihei, where it rains much less and If it is raining even in Kihei and Wailea, go further south, past the Makena Beach, to Big Beach (Makena Beach Park), where it practically never rains. Lots to see and do so try something new every day while visiting Maui Hawaii.

OVERVIEW OF MAUI:
Maui is composed of two half-islands (east and west), joined by a wide valley. Maui is 48 miles long and 26 miles wide, or six miles at the narrowest point of the valley between the bays (728 square miles). The population is 155,000 residents, plus 42,000 tourists. The largest city is Kahului (population 20,000). Maui is the second-largest Hawaiian island. Over 2 million tourists come to Maui each year. The airport you will come in at is in Kahului (airport code letters OGG), in the northeast corner of the central valley.
My husband and I had a wonderful time on Maui! Court's place was a comfortable and quite place to stay and we enjoyed many GORGEOUS sunsets from the lanai. We loved staying In Kihei and it made a great home base for exploring the island. Excellent restaurants and beaches near by, without all the traffic. The beach on the condo property was nice for a morning dip and beach walks in the evening. Everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach was available in the condo. We had a wonderful wonderful time here.
Beautiful condo all the comforts of home. This condo has everything you need for a stay in Maui. We are definitely coming back. Thank you so much Court and staff for taking pride in keeping us HAPPY during our stay.
2nd time visiting and planning our 3rd now. Condo is centrally located and fist class in amenities. Court is great to work with and so is Alana, the Maui contact. She is on the spot when called and helps tremendously. Condo is furnished perfectly and you'll never wish for anything...Court has it wired.
Can't wait to come back. And... I have relatives who live in Kihei but would rather stay in Court's condo. Thanks for everything Court.
We have been visiting Maui every couple of years for the past 30 years and have stayed in some nice condos from Wailea to Lahaina, but this one ranks right at the top for comfort, convenient location and all amenities. This condo will be #1 on our list for future visits!
Court Roberts, the owner, has been really easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we've had.
Since we visit Maui frequently, here are a couple of observations you might find useful:
-While the "road to Hana" seems to be very popular, we have found it rather long and boring... a much more scenic and interesting drive is on the opposite end of the island from Kapalua around to Kahului.
-If you like golf, the courses here are fantastic but can be very expensive... check out teeoff.com and you'll find discounts of 20-60% on Maui courses.
-Check with the concierge in the main office at the condo for coupons, etc. to local restaurants
-Our favorite restaurants near the condo are Fabiani's (italian), Coconuts Fish Cafe and Fred's (mexican)
Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Court's condo was beautiful, it's as described. Everything that we needed was in the condo. Before you buy or rent something, check the closet first, it's probably in there! We felt the condo was in a great location to everything we wanted to do and see, yet not in the congested part of Kihei. Renting a condo vs a hotel room is the way to go, it gives you a lot more space and a kitchen for the same price or less! We've rented a lot of condos and will continue to do so. Courts condo was extremely clean and I am very picky. You can't beat waking up every morning and seeing the ocean. Thank you Court!
Updated beautifully( the drawing point for my wife). Manager was very helpful and to our delight a planner was on the premise to help us plan Maui's many activities.
My husband and I spent spent our honeymoon in this wonderful condo. We enjoyed the comfort of the condo as well as all of the amenities. The barbecues were a wonderful place to make a delicious meal and a great place to meet the other people visiting. The beach was beautiful and the location of the condo was wonderful.

If you like golfing, Maui has some of the nicest world class golf courses. Of course anything ocean related is at your footsteps. Diving, snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing, kite boarding. Its all open for your imagination. For booking of this luxury condo, please email us or phone us.
