Eduardo, the owner is the best! The beaches next to the house were very very beautiful!. Less than 3 minutes walking...

We had an amazing time in our stay! the apartment had everything anyone can need in a vacation! Wifi included in the price...

The kitchen was perfectly equipped (oven, microwaves, dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee maker, tea etc..)

El apartamento es amplio. Tiene dos habitaciones grandes y una terraza hermosa. Está en buena zona, con muchos restaurantes alrededor y un supermercado muy cerca.

No hay mucha presión de agua caliente, pero no cuesta acostumbrarse.

Estuvimos en invierno y echamos de menos un perchero para los abrigos.

Great, specious apartment

This apartment is spacious and clean and we had a wonderful stay here with our two small children. Perhaps not the most child friendly area on Mallorca, but a great beach 4 min away. Large balcony where we enjoyed sitting in the evenings (quite a busy street below, but not too bad. Our kids enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle).

Palma is not far away, but if you take the bus it will take you about 20-25 min, depending on traffic. The bus stops very often, and gets easily crowded.

The reason for not giving this apartment full score is that the stove did not work, and there are only two small cooking plates. So don't expect to cook up anything advanced here. Also, the beds were very soft and uncomfortable to our taste.

But apart from this the apartment is perfect. Would absolutely recommend it.

Das Apartment war klasse! Zum 2. Mal war ich nun dort und es war klasse! Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht ist klasse und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wirklich sehr sauber wie ich zuvor noch in keinem gemieteten Apartment erlebt habe. Vielen Dank für alles!

Perfect and charming

We spent 10 wonderful days in this charming apartment. Everything was perfect organized and exactly like described. The communication including booking and refunding was absolutely uncomplicated (immediate reply to all questions) and also the late arrival was no problem. The bus service into Palma is very regular and makes trips into the city easy. We spent a couple of days in there are found a lovely tapas restaurant called Cafe de Flavos( which is only open for lunches) and Font de Theater, these were our favourite.

We recommend it to everybody

We are sure we will come back soon!!!

The property is spacious in design and layout, with large double bedrooms and a generous sized living area. On entrance to the flat, you have the fully equipped kitchen to your right which has recently been refurbished. Everything you need to cater comfortably is provided such as pots, pans, plates, oven with vitro hob, fridge/freezer, glass ware, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, basic kitchen utensils and a washer.

The open plan living and dining area exudes a bright and natural light which is aided by clean laminate flooring, white wash walls, and windows providing a bit of respite from the hot summer months. The living room itself has a comfortable sofa, armchair, additional seating, plasma TV, pull out coffee table, homely furnishings, air conditioning and heating, a fireplace and spotlights throughout, there is also a dining table which seats 4 guests.

The extensive terrace space can be accessed via french doors off the living area, and views over the surrounding area can be enjoyed under the summer sun.

Moving on to the bedrooms, the 1st is a double with double bed, fresh clean bed linen, bedside table, artwork and wardrobe space.

The 2nd double bedroom is composed of 2 twin beds, wardrobe space and works perfectly for a kids room.

The bathroom is traditional in Majorcan design with a shower over a semi-bath tub, wash basin, WC, fresh clean towels, mirror and complimentary bathing essentials such as soap, shower gel and shampoo.

This property is in prime location for holiday makers looking to enjoy the Majorcan summer sun and sea with easy access to bars, restaurants and amenities and quick connection to Palma city centre and surrounding resorts such as Illetas beach town and the affluent Portals Nous.

The apartment is in a residential building so please do NOT make excessive noise talking loudly, loud music, television etc. Especially after midnight. The neighbours have our telephone number. In case they we will charge 300EUR penalty.
PLEASE NOTE that if you leave the keys in the lock inside the flat you cannot open it from the outside not even with another key. A locksmith must be called what costs 75EUR on you off course! In case of losing the keys an administration fee of 30EUR will be charged on top of the cost for their replacement.
THINK OF THE ENVIRONMENT, please use the air con sparingly and be sure all the windows and doors are closed before turning it on. Responsible usage of internet data is required being cause of litigation the fact of illegal downloads.
Only toilet paper can be thrown in the toilet. Do NOT throw any sanitary products, condoms, cigarette butts, etc.
Regarding the cleaning please be sure you are sand free when entering or an extra fee for cleaning may be charged.
Please do NOT take bath towels to the beach.
CHECK-IN:
Late check-in after 8PM is upon request. There's a late check-in fee of 40€.
Please note that if you arrive before 4pm the cleaner will be still cleaning but you can leave your bags, collect the keys and come back after 4pm. In this case nobody will check you in but we can talk through messages or phone call.
GARBAGE:
Please note that all garbage must be disposed of properly in the dumpsters located conveniently around the property.
