Located 300 meters from the beach, 50m from the pedestrian streets of La Flotte en Ré and therefore the heart of the village, this house completely restored typical country has a fully equipped apartment.

The apartment Solèse includes:

A large living room for housing with space kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor, multifunction oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, porcelain dishes, iron and ironing board etc ....) it is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The living room has quality furniture with a comfortable convertible sofa, a stereo, a large flat screen wall TV and DVD player (selection of films available).

The bathroom has a vanity unit and a shower cubicle.

The WC is independent.

We can offer optional services: sheets, towels, kitchen towels and cleaning at end of stay (rates, contact us).

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans ce joli petit appartement en rez de chaussé dans le village a 2 pas du port et des commerces. Très calme, joliment décoré, très bien équipé, confortable et de bonnes dimensions. L'appartement dispose d'un local á bicyclette ou autre, très pratique. Ma propriétaire très gentille et serviable. Je n’hésiterais pas á relouer!

Apartamento ideal para 4 personas, muy confortable, completamente equipado, bonito y muy limpio, en planta baja, a 2 mn de los comercios, puerto y demas. Un sitio ideal para pasear por la isla, dispone de un local para bicicletas ( se puede recorrer toda la isla con ellas). la propietaria muy servicial y amable. Disponen de otros pisos y villas mas grandes. Volveré sin dudarlo!

appartement très agréable et conforme au descripti

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la Flotte en ré. L'appartement est très propre, très bien situé au coeur de village, donc à proximité des commerces et du marché. Environnement très calme. Seul petit bémol, lorsque vous êtes en voiture, peu ou pas de place pour garer la voiture durant le séjour. Par contre , nous avons pu stocker les vélos dans le garage attenant à la,’appartement, très pratique. Mme Cartau à répondu chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin d'information. Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement et surtout la Flotte qui est un très joli et agréable village.
