Duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private terrace. The apartment enjoys a wonderful central location, just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for 4 guests.

The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. White marble flooring contrasts with antiques, aqua-green walls and wallpapered rooms.

On the lower floor is the living-dining area with 2 windows. Furnishings include 2 sofas, a central table and a desk. There is a dining table with seating for 4. The separate kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering. With washing machine.

A corridor leads to the family bathroom. With washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub. Beyond is a twin bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The 2 bedrooms are interior-facing, and therefore very quiet for sleeping.

A door opens to the private terrace, which is furnished with 2 deck chairs, table and chairs. It is partially shaded by a canopy making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Sevillian sunshine.

"Celinda" is set on the second floor of a residential building. Without elevator.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely apartment! Ideal location for sightseeing around Seville and the apartment has a good sized terrace which was a bonus. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery, glasses etc; very clean and nicely furnished.

Great tapas, bars and shops around apartment and supermarket a few minutes walk. Even though this is a city apartment it was very quiet once indoors. Great air con which we were grateful for as temperatures reached 48 degrees!!

The agent was friendly and helpful.

Superb location

Great apartment in a good location

The apartment is clean, tidy and although we travelled as a couple is large enough to comfortably accommodate 4. The layout was particularly well suited to 4 as each of the 2 bedrooms adjoined its own bathroom. The inside living area and kitchen were well set out and equipped although we had no intention of cooking given the eating choices in Seville. The terrace is an absolute bonus. The apartment is close to all the main attractions and some of our favourite restaurants and tapas bars. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The apartment Celinda Terrace is located in the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.
