This property consists of a main building and a secondary house, which will keep closed in the case of an occupation lower than 8 guests.
The main building has 4 double bedrooms: two with a double bed and two with two single beds each. In the secondary house you will find one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have AC, except one that has an AC device at the corridor, just by the door. There are 3 bathrooms in the main building (one of them with hydro massage bathtub) and 1 bathroom in the second house.
The main living room has a comfy sofa where you will be able to relax watching satellite TV (English), surfing the Internet or having a little nap. There are CD and DVD player. In the dining room there is a big table and chairs so you can organize a meal with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with vitro, oven, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the small house you will also find a dining, a living room with AC and satellite TV and a kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.
The exteriors of this property are absolutely wonderful! There is a 4 x 11 meters pool with a children pool, a furnished porch where you can organize an afternoon snack and sun lounges to get you best summer tan. The kids will love to play freely in the 140 m2 lawn area as the finca is all fenced; there are also a BBQ and different areas where you will be able to organize a big meal with your family and friends while enjoying the views to the mountains or playing table tenis. There is an area with orange trees and a water deposit which cannot be used as a pool. You will find space in the plot to park your car.
The house is located 2.4 km away from Sencelles, an area of the middle of the island, so it’s very well connected, tourism is not very common and it’s settled mainly by locals. In Sencelles you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, bars and restaurants.In only 30 minutes by car you will reach the beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Have a nice say at the beach and go for lunch to one of the restaurants with sea views, where you can try paella! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. Close by you will find Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 23 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

What a special property. In fact the photos do not do it justice in any form. It's much better than the photos appear. The sweeping view from the finca pool and front balcony are breath taking. Best sunsets every night. We were 3 families with 5 young children and we stayed for 2 weeks. The finca is so close and handy to everywhere! And right in the wine region too. Sencelles is a delightful little village too. We'll be back for sure!!! LOVED it.It was absolutely stunning. So peaceful, authentic, clean and so lovely and rustic. You do a very good job of maintaining such a lovely large property.
