It features a 7.4m x 3.7m private salt water pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.7m and beautiful views over the fields. After a swim, you can have an exterior shower and lay down on one of the six sun loungers. There are lots of nice corners on the terrace, maybe for a little nap or talks with your loved ones. The plot offers different fruit trees like apricots, apples and oranges. The porch is a nice place for having a barbecue with friends. This amazing villa is fenced, has direct neighbors and is just a stone’s throw from Lloret de Vistalegre’s center.
When entering the house, you’ll be in the comfy sitting room with satellite-TV (only German, French and Spanish channels), where you can read a book by the fireplace. The dining room has chairs for eight people. The kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped and has a breakfast table. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with double bed and a shower bath.
Upstairs, there’s a bath with bath tub and three bedrooms, one fitted with a double bed and a small dressing room. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and they have different sizes: there are two twin beds with a size of 0.9m x 2m and one bedroom with one bed of 0.9m x 1.85m as well as one bed with a size of 1.35m x 1.8m. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are three electric radiators if required.
Set in the genuine village of Lloret de Vistalegre this villa is situated in the centre of Mallorca. Bars, a grocery shop and good restaurants are in the town centre. On Monday takes place the market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farmers. The neighboring village Sineu is famous for its Wednesday-Market, at the same time the oldest of the island. The golf course Puntiró is a 20 minutes’ drive from the house. A car is essential.
Regarding the beaches, it’s up to you whether you prefer the northern (Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia) or the southern (Playa de Palma, Cala Blava) beaches. They can be reached in about half an hour driving.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

We stayed in the house as a family of six with four teenage children.
The house is simply but stylishly decorated and furnished, clean and well-presented, and we found it comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and all the appliances seem to be near-new. Internet connection was reliable. The garden area was lovely - a view over farmland, an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, lots of lighting and a huge table in the shade for meals.
It is pretty much in the middle of the island. You can drive anywhere in the island within about an hour. The area is unspoilt by mass tourism. Don't expect everyone to speak English - a phrase book is useful for reading menus etc.
The village is about five minute's walk, and has three restaurants, a couple of cafes, a reasonable supermarket and an ATM.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The wife speaks good English. They came round three times a week to maintain the pool, and each time they checked if we needed anything.
The description mentions hearing planes occasionally. In fact, you can hear planes frequently, but very few planes fly directly overhead, and the noise level is quite low - certainly not enough to interrupt conversation. We didn't find it a problem.
The description also mentions a salty pool - this is not sea-water! It is a different way of treating pool water. It tastes slightly salty, but does not sting your eyes and leaves no smell of chlorine.
Our only reservation is that the hot water tank is quite small - we found that the hot water ran out after 3 showers. With typical teenagers getting up any time before noon, it wasn't a major problem for us, but it would be if 6 or 8 people wanted to shower in a short space of time. We mentioned this to the owner, and she said she would replace the hot water tank.
Overall, we all agreed that it was a nice house to stay in.
Nous étions 6 personnes à séjourner dans cette maison en juillet 2016. Située plus dans le centre de l'île, au bout du chemin sans issue, sans circulation et sans la foule, au milieu de toutes les activités (Palma 30 km, plage 25 km, montagne 20 km, hypermarché 25 km...). La maison est très propre, confortable, bien équipée. Dans le village il y a une épicerie, des cafés.. Á Sineu le mercredi matin: le plus grand marché de la région. La piscine est magique, sur tout pour les enfants. Bref, nous avons passé des vacances fort agréables. Voiture est conseillée.
