This is a remodelled rural house from beginning of 20th century for 8 people (plus an extra if necessary). It is located in Campos and has fantastic views to the countryside.
The house has 4 rooms, all of them with views to the garden, terrace or pool and with enough space to put a cot if you come with a baby. It is a perfect place for families or groups of friends. There are two rooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. This property has 3 bathrooms: one in each floor and one extra outdoors, next the pool.
There is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas where you will be able to relax, watch TV or surf the Internet (WIFI). There is a kitchen equipped with everything you might need during your holiday, including a table with chairs for all guests. You can also have a BBQ outdoors, next to the pool.
The exteriors are really beautiful: the 6 x 10 m pool is well lighted so you can swim at night as well, there is a big lawn are where the kids can play while you sunbathe and a furnished porch where you can organize a BBQ with your family.
The house is located in a 10000 m2 plot and the area is the perfect place to have a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. Nearby you will find lots of rural paths for a bicycle ride or a stroll. In Cas Concos (5 km from the house), a traditional little village, you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, restaurants, bars, etc.
If you are a beach lover, you can get to Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó and Colònia de Sant Jordi in only 20 minutes. Palma, the capital city of the island and the pearl of the Mediterranean, it's only 30 minutes drive.
