The house has 90 m2 and the whole plot with a vegetable garden and plantation of orange trees has 2000 m2. You will have the opportunity to taste the fruits! When you enter the plot, there is a little path which will take you to the house. Just in front, there is space to park up to 5 cars. On the basement there is a little laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board; and a shower room that you can use when you are at the pool or when you come back from the beach.
If you go upstairs you will access the pool and the house. This accommodation has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a 40 m2 American kitchen. There are two rooms with a double bed, while the third one has two single beds. All rooms are very spacious, have AC and built-in closet. In the living-dining room there is a comfy sofa and armchairs where you can rest or watch satellite TV. There is a table with 6 chairs as well.
The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: gas stove and oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, lemon squeezer and a lot more.
The outdoor is typically rural: the house is surrounded by lands where farmers grow fruit trees and vegetables.
If you go out the living room, you will access a porch with garden furniture which is perfect to organize summer meals with your family and friends. Down the steps you will find the pool and an area with 6 sun beds and 3 sun umbrellas, so you can enjoy the good weather of the island. The chlorine pool is 8 x 10 m large and its depth goes from 0.7 to 2.5 meters.
The location in the centre-north of the island is perfect, as you can easily access everywhere in Mallorca. However, we recommend having a car, as the nearest train station is in Sa Pobla, 3 km away from the house.
In Sa Pobla, you will find a huge variety of shops and restaurants, where you can have fresh fish, quality meat, pizza, pasta, tapas, degustation menus or Majorcan food. There is a local market every Sunday – Sa Pobla becomes a lively place and you are able to buy fresh products from the island.
You can reach fantastic beaches in 20 minutes by car: Platja de Muro, Can Piacfort, Port d’Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor o Port de Pollença. We as well recommend Cala Sant Vicenç and the town of Pollença. There you can climb the 365 steps to El Calvari. The views up there are just incredible!
