|Minimum Stay||5 - 7 nights|
This house has 200 m2 and 3 bedrooms; it is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. There are two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is one bathroom.
The atmosphere of the house is very warm and welcoming. Sit and relax in the lounge, where there is a comfortable sofa to enjoy a good book, surf the Internet or watch satellite TV in English, German or Spanish. The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems: toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, cutlery, cooking utensils and fridge freezer. In the kitchen there is a dining area with a large table with room for all guests. Obviously there is washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is room to park the cars inside the property.
The exterior of the house is wonderful: go out to the terrace, have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The terrace of 30 m2, is furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people. There is a lawn area where you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun beds. The salt pool is private and measures 8 x 4 meters. At the plot where the house is located, there is another chalet but the properties are separated by a fence. The house has other direct neighbours.
Lloseta is in the centre of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. In Inca, for example, you will find everything you need: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants.
In just 30 minutes drive you can get to the beaches of Ses Cassettes Capellan and Can Picafort. Have a good day on the sandy beach or enjoy a cocktail at sunset. Nearby there are good restaurants to eat paella, with nice sea views. The promenade in Can Picafort is a lively area which contrasts with Playa de Muro, very quiet. Nearby are also the areas of Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.
The house is a home away from home with a rustic, cosy and one of the best areas of Mallorca. Do not go on vacation anywhere - make your vacation an unforgettable experience.

This is a well equipped, spacious bungalow in large grounds with a lovely 8mX4m pool and good views from the house and garden. Despite houses in the vicinity it is very private, well laid out and peaceful. Be prepared for sounds of the countryside - chickens, geese, donkeys, cats and dogs - we found these noises pleasant and part of relaxing but some may be put off. Our advice -is, don't be - let them add to the atmosphere (there are no nasty smells however!).
There is a lack of English language material but again that is just for awareness - don't expect local amenity guidebooks or leaflets. All equipment worked well though some of the crockery has seen better days.
The rooms are spacious although you wouldn't want 6/7 in the kitchen at once but there is a large separate dining room if you want a sit down meal inside - not something we needed in July. The living room and all bedrooms have air-con but the combination of windows and shutters also means you can get air through these securely at night if you want. We found that more effective than the air-con. The property is having an en-suite shower room added - it wasn't in the spec when we booked and was incomplete when we arrived but was usable and a really nice addition to the facilities where one bathroom for 6 people would have been hectic nowadays! Lots of power sockets for charging devices and a pretty good wi-fi accessible outside the house in the immediate vicinity (but not as far as the pool). Despite what is said about the TV it was mainly Spanish even on the cable as far as we could see but this did not bother us in a hot July when we spent most of the non-sleeping time outside.
There is enough outside space to be with your party but with the veranda, covered porch area, grass either end of the pool etc. there is lots of room for a quiet read if others are enjoying the pool.
The pool had sun from 0800 to 2100 in July and was warm enough at any time of the day. Being saltwater it was fresh and lacking in the chlorine smell and taste and was well looked after during our stay. The Gardener also came during our stay and kept the grass and bushes/flowers neatly maintained.
Not much English is spoken locally as this is away from the main tourist traps but all the people we met were friendly and helpful - the local town is a fifteen minute walk from the villa and as long as you don't go during siesta or on a Monday evening has enough to offer. A car is otherwise essential to get around.
