This fantastic property has a wonderful exterior area that offers spectacular views. There, you can enjoy the chlorine 8x4m swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m. This villa has a 70m2 fenced in paved area where you can rest in one of the 6 sunbeds and protect from the sun with the umbrella at your disposal. There is also one 70m2 furnished terrace where you can enjoy great meals outdoors while admiring the views and 1 25m2, furnished porch where you can enjoy snacks with family and friends. The fixed barbecue area is fantastic and you will be able to delight you guests with your best creations while enjoying the pleasure of cooking outdoors. With regard to parking, there is space for 5 vehicles.
This house is simple but very practical and functional. It is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. The main house living room is air conditioned and has a fireplace where you can relax watching satellite TV or reading a good book. The furnished dining room, which is in the same area as the living room is the ideal place to enjoy long after-eating talks with you, loved ones. The kitchen, separated from the living room, has everything necessary fro you to cook during your holidays and includes gas stove, among other things. In the separate laundry room there is 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. In the main house there are a total of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One room has a wood stove and both have wardrobes. In the main house you also have access to 2 full bathrooms, 1 in suite with shower, and one bath. In the main house there is 1 extra space at no additional cost in the corridor. In the attached house there is a double room with 2 single beds, wood stove and 1 full bathroom with shower. This property has access to 1 crib for the little ones, and 3 fans.
The house is located 2km from Inca, a town in the center of the island with charm, tranquility and shops where you can find everything you might need during your stay. Besides all this, Inca is known throughout the island for the quality of their leather shops and for its famous cellars (restaurants), there you will be able to taste the specialties of Majorcan cuisine and Thursday" traditional market, which has been held uninterruptedly for over 7 centuries. The most interesting places to visit are the three late Gothic and Baroque churches from the thirteenth century, the monastery of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena, which is located on top of a small mountain, declared of cultural interest; it is also an excellent viewpoint of the whole island. And for those who wish to enjoy the nightlife in the town they can walk to Plaza del Angel where there are several bars and terraces to have a drink. Only alter a 25 min. ride driving you will find the Port of Alcudia, which has over 30 km of coastline. It is dominated by sandy beaches, tranquil beaches alternating with more animated ones, like the Port of Alcudia.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
