Centrally located 3 bedroom house with a sunny roof terrace sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children. With its proximity to the city centre, seafront and a short walk to Brighton Pier, the house is a perfect base for a family break or corporate lets.

Great family kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you may need to self cater during your stay. You will find an integrated oven, undercounter fridge and a separate freezer. A couple of bar stools are also provided - perfect for a quick breakfast at the bar.
The dining table comes with chairs for 6 guests. Placed right by the kitchen, one will still be able to socialise with the rest of the guests whilst preparing dinner.
Bright and welcoming, the front room has a lovely feature fireplace, a large two seater sofa and an additional armchair. There is a TV with Freeview channels, DVD and CD player and Wi-Fi for your use. There is also a telephone for incoming calls only.
To the front of the house, the master bedroom is fully carpeted and it comes with a double bed, bedside tables each side of the bed, dressing table and a large built in wardrobe, which is great for storing luggage and your personal belongings.

There are 4 steps to the front door. There are further 12 steps to reach the first floor where the bedrooms and the bathroom are located. Further stairs will take you from the first floor to the roof terrace.
