On the ground floor kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom are located. The first floor consists of the master bedroom with balcony and bathroom, and two bedrooms with one bathroom.

Air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house.

In the basement is a parking space for two cars and a multipurpose room of 28 m2 with two sofa beds.

Outside you can enjoy 90 m2 south facing front terrace with swimming pool, 30 m2 of lawn and back terrace with laundry of 12 m2.

Beautiful villa in the perfect location - walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Lovely family owned villa - owners on hand for anything which is very reassuring when travelling with a young family. Lovely quiet residential setting, walking distance (5mins) to beach, shops & restaurants, fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Pleasantly surprised that there was a bed guard to use for our little boy. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Amazing property amazing location I've just got bk to U.K. And I want to go bk.plenty of room

We absolutely loved the villa the owner is a lovely guy he is on hand if u need anything.the villa has plenty of room the pictures don't do it justice it's better than the pics.cant wait to go bk.the area is very good it's near to everything 10 mins from Palma centre and the beach is at end of the road one of my best places I've stayed and location wise

Perfect, clean, quit, Wil go back

Same as on the photo's , nice rooms, bathrooms, great kitchen , with oven and microwave, big fridges , cup coffee machine, only missing is a water cooking kettle ( but u can easily do that on the induction plate. There's also a washing machine and dryer, pool outside is great, 4 sunbeds, enough place to sit in shadow or in sun, safe area, just a park an a hotel building away from the beach ( 5 min walk ) 2 close by supermarkets ( 5 and 10 min walk) at the boulevard there are a lot of cafe's and restaurants . And the more busy and noisy places are just 5-10 min more walking , or rent a bike, like we did , nice beach bike road to Palma .

Only thing I would like Beter is a darker bedroom, the curtains are not that blinding if u want to sleep a bit longer. ( just what u are just to at home , my bedroom is complete dark ) beds are good and size is like 90x200 each . Easy to communicate with the owner, if u have questions. great house for a good price! Wil defo go back, Thankx for having us.

Fantistic Locatiod

Property was as described, great location, close to beach but in Quiet residential area. The property was clean and as the owner is next door the smallest problem was fixed instantly. The property was spacious even for 8 ladies. Would recommend the super market behind the property as cheaper than the beach one.

moderne Villa in sehr guter Lage

eine super Villa , nur ca. 200 Meter vom Strand in Höhe Ballenario 12.

Sehr gepflegt und super sauber!

Die Lage in einer Seitenstraße ist hervorragend, nahe am Geschehen und trotzdem ruhig. Supermarkt direkt in der nächsten Straße.

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet , Küche gut ausgestattet, Nespresso Maschine vorhanden, normale Kaffeemaschine + Thermoskanne wären praktischer.

Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Safe, Vermieter war telefonisch erreichbar und kam direkt zur Hilfe.

wir haben die Villa mit 6 Personen gemietet und hatte jede Menge Platz.

Der Pool und die Terrasse waren das Highlight!

Beim Check In haben wir ein paar Infos bezgl.: Elektrik, Markise, Safe und Check Out, vermisst.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen super Urlaub!

Kaution wurde ohne Probleme zurück überwiesen.

The property is located on the beautiful Playa de Palma, with 6 km of fine white sand, an ideal and safe place to spend a family holiday with the kids. In the vicinity we find one of the best deals on hotels like Iberostar Cupido one of the most modern and avant-garde hotels on the island, cafes and entertainment centers.

The house has fast access to the beach and in an area she loungers and umbrellas in the sand for the convenience of visitors is.

The area has a variety of activities full of entertaining proposals and adapted to all ages.

Golf: Just 5 km away is one of the best golf courses in Mallorca, the Club Son Antem.
