With the guarantee of being a holiday tourist accommodation (ETV), certified by the Balearic Islands Government. Fully equipped villa to rent with all kind of amenities: air conditioning in bedrooms, WIFI, satellite LCD TV, dishwasher, swimming pool, barbecue, garden, parking, etc.; up to four people. Managed directly by the owner.

Relax in our large pool (5x10meter) looking at the sunset. Prepare a delicious barbecue surrounded by greenery. Listen to the sounds of nature in Son Llaneras. It is a just twelve minutes away from the best beach in Majorca, Es Trenc (Campos), dive into its crystal clear waters. It is the last large beach in our island which is still unspoiled.

Our villa is situated in the countryside just 4.6mile/7km from the beach. You can enjoy Majorca from a quiet place, surrounded by tradition. Away from the crowds of tourists, but at the same time, close to the beach and the main tourist attractions of Majorca.

Son Llaneras Villa is the perfect accommodation for small families and couples on vacation in Majorca. The villa has the necessary privacy for nudists. We are gay friendly and respect any culture or religion.

We apply safety regulations and we are environmentally friendly. We love animals, but pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons.

Family holiday

Absolutely loved our 12 day holiday in August 2016. We are a family of four and found the location and villa the perfect setting for a very relaxing holiday. The villa was clean, spacious and well equipped. The villa has a very large pool with sunbeds and parasols to provide plenty of shade ....a beautifully kept garden and a lovely sun terrace to enjoy breakfast and a glass or two of wine with dinner!! Cristian (owner) kept us throughly up to date throughout our booking, providing us with full details about the villa, from the route there, to the best beaches, to how to work the air conditioning!! He was also on hand during our stay and was very informative of the surrounding area/best beaches to visit etc during our stay. A car is a must!! We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to our friends and family. Look forward to returning in the future. sometime.

**EXCELLENT**

A one of a kind property.

Everything was perfect. The house is fresh, bright, airy and spotlessly clean. All the rooms are well furnished and the kitchen incredibly well equipped. On arrival the " welcome basket "was a lovely touch.

Around the large pool there is a beautiful patio area and the really unusual luxury of a proper green lawn! The pool is lit at night which makes a moonlight swim possible.

The property is secure and totally private but with the bonus of having our wonderful hosts Cristian and Toni close by.

We were made so welcome by them

and discovered interests in common. They very kindly took us on some interesting trips. This made our holiday even more special. In fact we have already booked for next year!"

As you can tell it was perfect and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful and delightful holiday.

Fabulous holiday at Son Llaneras

The Son Llaneras Villa is exactly as the listing describes it. The location is in the countryside but only a 5 minute drive to Campos. The villa is decorated beautifully and is incredibly clean. The kitchen has a pantry that has everything you would need. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The pool is large and clean with ample sunbathing areas. We did not use the BBQ in our weeks stay as we ventured out each evening to discover Majorca. The exceptional Es Trenc beach is only a 10 minute drive away which we visited on a couple of occasions. We travelled to Cala D'or on a few evenings and visited restaurants overlooking the marina as well as S'Arenal which is a commercialised resort. We also visited the shopping Mall in Palma.

The Manager Cristian was very friendly and looked after us very well. He was available to ask any questions that we may have had. He was very informative with regard to the island. He also agreed to show us all the animals that they care for on their land.

I would definitely recommend this villa to a friend or relative for a relaxing holiday. A car is essential."

Lovely peaceful and private place

This villa was excellent and met all of our expectations. A stone's throw from Es Trenc beach. Christian and Tony were very helpful and friendly. Inside everything is very spacious and clean. Fantastic pool and bbq area. Lovely welcome pack.

Just perfect!

Ein Traum

Wir waren sehr gespannt auf die Finca, da die Bilder im Internet sehr schön aussahen. Es wurde aber vor Ort noch getoppt. Alles war wirklich perfekt sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll dekoriert, so dass wir uns von der ersten Minute wohl fühlten. Besonders gefallen hat uns das nicht einsehbare Grundstück.

Der Begrüßungskorb, den die Vermieter uns in die Küche gestellt hatten, war mit Liebe zusammengestellt und sehr lecker.

Christian und Antonio wohnten dicht bei und die Betreuung der beiden war sensationell. Ob Fragen unserseits oder Tipps für Unternehmungen , sie waren einfach immer für uns da.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals für die schöne Zeit bedanken.

We suggest you visit the island of Cabrera by speedboat (from the Colonia Sant Jordi, within 8mile/13km). It is a national park. We also recommend you visit the Mondragó Natural Park and its beaches.

Son Llaneras Villa is a distance of just (2mile/3km) from Campos center.

Recommended restaurants in Campos: Moli De Ven, Es Brot, Can Calent. In Sa Rápita: Can Pep, Club Náutico de Sa Rápita.

Hiking routes nearby (outside the tourist circuit):

- Ses Salines Lighthouse - Llombards.

- Ses Salines Lighthouse - Colonia Sant Jordi.

- Sa Rapita - Cala Pi.

Local markets are the best places to buy products from Mallorca. We recommend these markets:
