Beautiful , NEWLY REFURBISHED 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, Ramparts with Terrace
We are in the perfect location in the Cote D'Azur only at 20 minute drive to Nice airport and a short trip to Cannes and its shopping along the Croisette and famous Film Festival.The Apartment occupies a fantastic location directly on the ancient ramparts of the Old town of Antibes with views across the sea to the Cap D'Antibes.Bright and airy, this duplex/apartment is located on the picturesque cobbled-stoned along the Picasso Museum, Provençal market, and beaches.. Alternatively there is a number of pretty 'perched' villages such as St Paul de Vence and Mougins with their numerous restaurants and galleries at 20 to 30 minutes'drive. Monaco and the Italian border is a short train ride from Antibes station and is therefore very accessible for different events such as the Monaco Grand Prix. In winter, ski resorts of Isola and Auron are approximately 1.5 hours' drive from Antibes making skiing very accessible..

Fantastic location in old Antibes, outstanding view, everything is close
We spent a week here in June and highly recommend it. The apartment is located in the old city with a beautiful terrace overlooking the water. We enjoyed meals on the terrace and drinks in the evening. The view is amazing and better than the view from most of the hotels and restaurants. The local market, bakery, beach and several excellent restaurants are all 1 to 3 minutes away. The owners, Arnaud and Svetlana are wonderful people, and Svetlana was extremely helpful to me when the airlines delayed our luggage delivery. I had a rental car as we made a few day trips to Grasse, Monaco and Eze and there is a 24 hour underground car park located 5 minutes away at the Q-Park Pecheurs location. It was preferable to walk the 5 minutes for the easy in and out parking instead of trying to find parking in the narrow streets. Weekly parking with in and out privileges was only 65 Euros. The apartment is in the old quaint buildings but is thoroughly modern inside. We have stayed in Antibes before and this Ramparts Apartment is now our favorite!
Laziest Week Ever!
Antibes has for several years been a favourite destination of ours for a short break but this was our first visit to this lovely apartment. We enjoyed a relaxing week here, as although it is just seconds from the bustling market, it is a very quiet and peaceful location.
Svetlana and Arnaud provided a most friendly and professional welcome, including (I am happy to report) the famous bottle of chilled rose wine!
The bedrooms, which are on the lower level, are large and comfortable, and quiet at night. A very good selection of linen and towels was provided.
The terrace, kitchen and living space upstairs were more compact but very well equipped. This gives rise to the only, very slight, note of caution, which is that although this apartment is ideal for a couple, small family or (as a previous reviewer commented) three singles, I think that it might be a bit cramped for three couples sharing, in spite of the number of bedrooms.
Beautiful apartment in the old town of Antibes. Steps to the Market and waterfront made it extremely easy to get around. Located off a major street made it very quiet and peaceful. First floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and air conditioning, which was fantastic during our stay when weather was very hot. Renovated bathrooms and kitchen was excellent and everything was new and clean and big! We did a girlfriends trip with 3 people and was very comfortable and spacious. The owners are extremely helpful and are right across the street in case of any issues. Home was clean and we were welcomed with a few things stocked in the fridge for us and a bottle of Rose! Was an excellent touch and we very much enjoyed our week-long stay!
A very charming apartment!
My husband and I spent a week in the South of France in November and we really enjoyed our small holiday in this charming apartment! A beautiful view on Cap d'Antibes, a very sunny terrace and everything is within walking distance... We were surprised to find a bottle of wine, fruits and croissants when we arrived - a small, but a nice detail. The floors were a bit cold but I guess it's normal for the South of France and will be a benefit in summer. We are looking forward to coming back there in summer and would definitely recommend this accommodation!
Le charme de l'authentique
Au coeur de la vieille ville et à 2 pas de l'authentique marché couvert, ce appartement en duplex est tel que décrit : en parfait état et super équipé. La terrasse a une vue splendide sur la mer puis sur le Cap d'Antibes.
L'accueil qui nous a été réservé est à la fois convivial et très pro et l'arrière-pays mérite aussi le détour avec plein de petits villages de caractère à visiter.
Nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine au printemps.
The apartment (renovated in October 2014) is located in a pedestrian street between the Ramparts and the Provencal market of the old city, close to the Picasso Museum & the sandy beach of 'La Gravette'. Our apartment provides a perfect place to stay for a great Holiday in the Antique city with an unique terrace overlooking the bay of Antibes on the South side. No driving needed to enjoy all Antibes' life..The apartment is equipped with WIFI and Internet TV, Nespresso Coffee Machine. Air conditioning provided in the 3 bedrooms.This three-bedrooms apartment for 6 guests has been meticulously restored with open plan kitchen, dining and living area.The kitchen is new and well equiped with high quality range oven ,dishwasher ,fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, which happily cater for the house guests
The apartment is available for weekly rentals throughout the year or for a longer period if needed.
Additional pricing information
25 % payable for booking and balance (75%) 4 weeks before the arrival. Any fees required by the bank for a swift transfert is payable by the renters. Deposit is payable by bank transfer before the arrival (4 weeks before the arrival) or in cash at the arrival. If it's in cash it is refundable the day of departure if no damages. Any bank charges incurred in transfers are the responsability of the guests.
