Perfectly located house for 8, currently being fully refurbished, in the flat basin of Port Soller. Only 300m from the beach, tennis courts, hotel spa and ideally located for cycling and walking.

This stylish property is ideal for families or groups and is a fantastic base for walkers and cyclists. It is situated in a quiet residential area. A car is not essential as it is close to the bus stop to Palma/Airport or the tram offers a more scenic route. This spacious semi-detached house offers 4 double bedrooms each with king size double or twin options. Two rooms have en suites and there is a further house bathroom with toilet. One bedroom is downstairs with an en suite bathroom.

The house has been configured to give a great holiday experience with an open plan kitchen accessing the garden, pool, patios and BBQ via bifold doors.The saline pool is 9m x 3m and there are sun loungers and outdoor seating areas, some under shelter. We have a great ping-pong table.

The house offers wifi, private off road parking, A/C and gas oil central heating for colder months. The house is non smoking.

The beach offers a variety of activities including a swimming area, kayak,

paddle board, pedalo and boat hire. The Es Port Hotel is less than 150m and

offers an indoor spa and 3 tennis courts usable by non-residents for a small

fee. Highly rated restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, supermarket and

local shops are all within a short walk.

The beach is just a short flat walk, as well as the well stocked shop. Definitely coming back, we had a great stay and were very well attended.

Excellent holiday home for a family of 4

This is a very comfortable, clean and well equipped house in a perfect location in Port de Soller. Everything about it is good for a summer holiday. It's literally a 3 minute walk to a supermarket and a 4 minute walk to the beach, but it's on a residential street so not too noisy. It's also a 3 minute walk to the bus stop for buses to Palma etc. The saline pool is a good size and depth, with a few steps at one end that make it good for younger children. It is also partially in shade at all times of the day. There is a large TV, a DVD player and lots of satellite TV channels (largely in German NB), plus a CD player. The beds have good quality mattresses and the air con works well in each room. The kitchen appliances all feel new and clean. Vero at High End Balearics was very helpful and easy to contact. I had only 2 really very tiny niggles: firstly it would be nice to have more bins in the house apart from just the one in the kitchen; secondly it would be useful to have a bigger dryer for hanging out washing. I highly recommend it!

Lovely holiday

Lovely holiday in this property. We were two families sharing the house and we had plenty of space.

Excellent location - easy walk to the local shops and the port. Good transport links - we took the train from Soller into palma and the bus back. Parking for our two hire cars.

Excellent service from vero. We had a small problem with the air con and someone came round straight away to fix it. Cleaners mid week were also excellent.

Only minor problem was one of the next door neighbours was a bit grumpy and didn't like our children playing in the pool (she asked us to keep quiet at 3 in the afternoon). It was a minor irritation and didn't spoil our holiday (we just ignored her :-) )

I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks for having us

A lovely villa with excellent facilities

We had a lovely family holiday in the villa. There were 6 adults and 2 children and the facilities were excellent. The outside kitchen was an additional bonus as we ate there most of the time. The villa is within an easy 5 minute walk to the port and the buses stop behind the villa which means that a car is not a necessity and we found getting around very easy. The local supermarket was well equipped and the butchers alongside was excellent so there was no necessity to go further afield. There is also a fishmongers in one of the adjoining streets down to the harbourside. We visited Palma, Se Colombra, Aqualand, Sollier and Fornalutz. I have already recommended the villa to friends and we would certainly return there.

Fantastic place and location

We had a great week at this fantastic villa. We where two families but the place never felt crowded. We spent most of the time by the pool and by the outdoor dinner table.

The location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and supermarkets. The bus station was just around the corner so that was perfect when we wanted to have dinner at Fornalutx one evening. Veronica gave us a great suggestion for a restaurant and helped us book a taxi for the way back.

Beautifull property

Fantastic villa with plenty of room for the large family

We enjoyed our holiday fully with everything in walking distance within a few minutes

Beautifull pool and outdoor facilities.Only thing frustration was the next door neighbourgs who acted pretty hostile and not very inviting, trying to spoil our stay. We just ignored them and adressed it to the owner. A beutiful place in Soller
