Spacious Three Bedroom Apartment With Seperate Studio and Free Parking Space

Three large, well-proportioned bedrooms combine the charm and grandeur of Victorian architecture with the comfort and luxury of modern living, and provide an excellent base for families or groups of friends.

The sitting room is full of period charm and is an ideal room to relax in or enjoy meals round the dining table.

There is a TV, DVD, coal effect fire as well as wi-fi to your disposition.

Two of the bedrooms have ensuite showers and can be set up as king or twin beds. There is an additional bathroom with a large bathtub.

Relax in the additional sunroom/breakfast room, which can be accessed through one of the bedrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped with top of the range appliances dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezers, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, and together with a family bathroom the accommodation is well suited for a very comfortable holiday.

The Studio apartment is located just to the back of this property and accommodates a further 2 people with a bit more privacy. The Studio has a seperate entrance as well as a bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Situated at garden level in the leafy West End of Edinburgh, this property is in a quiet street only five minutes walk from Princes Street and the centre of Edinburgh.
