A beautiful spacious and sunny villa, set in an acre of olive and almond groves, private pool and in a stunning location just a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Gaucin, one of the best loved Andalucian white villages (and best kept secrets!). The villa is fitted to a high standard with a fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine, wood burning stove, gas radiators, wifi, TV and DVD.The magnificent outdoor space is positioned over four levels, a master bedroom terrace that has 360 views, the terrace from the kitchen for alfresco dining, a chill out area and pool with plenty of space for sunbathing. All of which take in the majestic views of the Andalucian mountains and countryside with sun from dawn until dusk.

Gorgeous spacious villa with a huge amount of charm & spectacular views & gorgeous swimming pool
The photos definitely don’t do this villa justice. The villa itself has a huge amount of character and charm and the space was excellent for our family of four. The views are spectacular which we enjoyed from each of the four levels. It was extremely peaceful and we felt very relaxed immediately. The swimming pool is a great size with sun beds to relax in and look at the great view (again).
Gaucín is a really cute town with some great restaurants and interesting tiny little streets to get lost in.
All in all this was a fabulous villa and we will definitely be back.
House & location amazing - hunting dogs neighbor
An amazing house and location within walking distance of Gaucin with lots of good restaurants. All amenities needed. Many exciting trekking routes around Gaucin.
My concern is the next door neighbor Rehala de Gaucin which is a place for keeping hunting dogs (approx. 10). The dogs barked and hauled a couple of hours early every morning and again from late afternoon into the evening. We might be oversensitive.
We have been lucky enough to holiday at this heavenly place twice now. It is perfect for relaxing whilst taking in the spectacular views from the terraces and pool. It is ideally situated for exploring Andalucia and the nearby village of Gaucin has a well stocked supermarket and excellent restaurants and tapas bars. We have had some wonderful times with family and friends at Finca la Luz, it holds a special place in our hearts and we hope to return soon

A little piece of paradise
It's hard to know where to begin with a review of Finca La Luz! The villa has it all, a stunning property and a fabulous scenery, charming village on your doorstep.
The owners have gone above and beyond to give you a real luxury experience. The villa is immaculate and is equipped with everything you can hope for.
This was my 4th stay at the villa. I've now enjoyed it for Easter, summer and New Year. Every time I visit the views from the villa make my knees go weak. I've enjoyed the villa for sunbathing, a base for cycling and a reatreat to restore my wellbeing.
Finca La Luz is even more spectacularly beautiful than these photos relay. It is beautifully presented, private, but also well appointed. This pool certainly has the 'WOW' factor, in a striking position to take in those breathtaking views.
The weather was beautiful even still in October, allowing us to take the short trip into town by foot, exploring all that Gaucin has to offer - the locals are extremely friendly and food is incredibly fresh, such a charming place all round.
Thank you for the most unforgettable experience.
An idyllic break
We had the perfect week stay at Finca la Luz. The views are truly breath-taking and the villa is laid out to take full advantage of the aspect and amazing scenery. After a day of relaxing by the pool we took full advantage of the great facilities and cooked using the terrace BBQ with the fresh ingredients we picked up from the local supermarket. The master bedroom is incredible, it leads onto a terrace which is perfect for evening drinks and to watch the sun set behind the hills before some magical star gazing. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the house but the short walk into the town provides the charming restaurants, offering a range of tasty tapas etc. with its friendly locals made for some perfect evenings. This is such an all-rounder, we felt so lucky to spend a week here, a sensational holiday!!
