Awarded at the Ideal Home Exhibition in 2011, the luxurious apartment has 3 ensuite bedrooms and modern quality furnishings, fabrics and furniture from high end design companies including Designers Guild and Caligaris. The bedrooms have single beds which can be linked to make up oversized king size beds or kept separate for people travelling in a group of singles. Rustic wood walls, solid wood flooring throughout, under floor heating, contemporary Italian kitchens fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, breakfast area and dining area, Satellite TV (freeview only) & DVD, WIFI, deep leather sofas, all these features add charm, comfort and practicality to this truly welcoming space.

On the super sunny south facing terrace there is a 8 man jacuzzi from here there are great views of Mont Blanc where you can Kick back and relax with a G&T after that hard day on the slopes.

We are a short walk to Grands Montets ski lift, shops and restaurants. The bus stop opposite the apartment will take you to Brevent, Les Praz and Le Tour.

Ample private parking for 2 cars at the front of the house.

We have been renting luxurious accommodation in Argentiere since 2003. We have many returning clients and the property is always recommended. Most bookings come from word of mouth. We are from Swansea, lived in Nottingham until 2014 and now live in Argentiere.

Why Steve & Jane Williams chose Chamonix - Mont Blanc area

Award winner at Ideal Home 2011. Sans Nom has an amazing south facing terrace with great views of Mont Blanc, here you can enjoy and unwind in our exclusive hot tub. Argentiere is a jewel in the crown. It attracts skiers of all abilities is easy walking distance to Grands Montets lift station. The surrounding ski fields are also worth visiting. Courmayeur is also only 45 minutes drive. There is a bus stop opposite for easy transfer to the surrounding areas

Skiing in Argentiere, Chamonix, Mont Blanc: Although Argentiere - Grands Montets, boast the most challenging ski area in the Alps, the surrounding area is also good for beginners and intermediates alike and the ESF French ski school is one of the best in Europe.

The village is very child friendly and children are welcome at restaurants and there is a great creche facility close to the Ski slopes called the Panda Club where they will teach your children to ski while you have some time to yourself on the upper slopes.

GETTING THERE

There are many airport transfer services running between Argentiere/Chamonix and Geneva Airport and charge approx €40 per head per trip. Car Hire is reasonable provided you book early and the Car Hire companies at the airport are Hertz, Avis and Europcar. There are several car hire companies at Geneva Airport, it is nest to use swiss side if unfamiliar. WE CAN ALSO ARRANGE A SHUTTLE BUS FOR YOU ON REQUEST.

Skiing surrounding area and Courmeyeur Italy: Nearby slopes of La Tour (Domaine de Balme) is suitable for all ages and abilities and is 5 minutes by free ski bus or by car. La Flegere (Les Praz)is also a great ski arena and has a cable car connection to Brevent which is directly above Chamonix. Again easily accessed by bus or car 10 min trip.

Courmeyeur is also available to you on your Mont Blanc Unlimited ski pass - 20 drive through the Mont Blanc tunnel and the lifts are on the other side. Great for all abilities - very genly slopes and great pasta for lunch.

Fabulous. Photos accurate. Characterful. In a small commune at edge of argentiere. Plenty of off road parking. Spacious, well kept, warm, lots of hot water. Decent kitchen & equipment. Three large double or twin rooms, all with en- suites. Our boys loved the basement 'man cave' bedroom. Sunny terrace in afternoon with good size hot tub. Well located, ski bus stop 50 metres away for la tour & grand montets. 15 min walk to shops. Restaurants 5 mins. Jane the owner was very helpful & responds quickly to queries. She had provided a useful information folder. We loved it. Highly recommended.

Will definitely stay here again (& again, & again)

6 adults stayed for a week Jauary 2017 & could not have wished for anything more from a ski chalet. It was lovely and warm, 3 really good bedrooms all with en suite facilities and lovely soft furnishings. There is a really good sized living area with 2 huge leather sofas which were very comfy and a big TV as well as a table which easily fitted 6 chairs around it. The views from the Windows & French doors were stuning and there is a deck with a hot tub. Also a very well equipped kitchen area including a dishwasher and large fridge freezer as well as plenty of cutlery and crockery - not just 6 of everything. Really nice touches like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, black sacks, hairdryers, Harding and Bayliss liquid soaps in all bathrooms made you realise that the owners really think about their guests. Bathrooms with heated towel rails and underfloor heating made for a very comfortable visit. The chalet is very easy walking distance of the main shops/restaurants as well as the lift area. The Grands Montets ski hire shop kept our skis (hired) & boots (not hired) overnight for us which made the short trip even easier. There is an adjacent ski cave for storing skis and boots as well as a washing machine & tumble dryer. The owners - Jane and Steve live above (with their gorgeous dog - so I got my dog fix whilst away from my own!) and were on hand to greet us but are not intrusive in any way. This was my 3rd visit to Argentiere and my sisters 5th - we would not look to stay anywhere else again and will book our holidays around the availability of this chalet - it was that good! Thankyou & we all really look forward to coming back very soon.

Lovely apartment amongst the grandest mountains

I made a last minute booking for this apartment and from my first email to my waving goodbye everything about the experience was positive. Jane very efficiently dealt with my enquiries by email and left me detailed instructions for finding the apartment and letting myself in as she and her husband Steve were away when I arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented with satellite TV and a fine selection of DVD's to while away the evenings when I wasn't enjoying the absolutely stunning mountain scenery. The apartment is conveniently positioned with superb local restaurants, good supermarket and close to the Grand Montets lift. I'm not a skier but I enjoyed the summer walking and fabulously scenic drives around the Mont Blanc Massif. Well worth driving the Petit and Grande St Bernard Passes in a tribute to the Italian Job! Those visiting in the winter have some of the finest skiing opportunities right on the doorstep. My visit was too short but was just the tonic I needed with fine weather and the opportunity to cheer on the mad people taking part in the UTMB ! Sitting on the terrace with a large glass of red while watching the thunder clouds gather over the mountains followed by an intense electric storm was sensational. Steve and Jane provide a comprehensive information folder detailing local restaurants etc. but being an enthusiastic cook I made full use of the superbly equipped kitchen most of the time. I have visited the area frequently over the last 10 years but would thoroughly recommend this particular apartment .. It made my short break even more enjoyable. I will be back!

Stunning apartment in great location

We stayed here for 2 weeks in summer and it didn't disappoint.

The apartment is spacious, well presented with high quality finishes and in a good location. Ground floor access was good for our push chair.

It's a 10 minute walk to the centre of Argentiere and 30 mins on the bus to Chamonix (every 30 mins, bus stop just across the road) or a 2 hour stroll by the river. The bus is free with a multi day lift pass.

Petit' Verte and Aux Dix Vins restaurants recommended by Steve and Jane were very good. You will find everything you need in and the supermarket and shops in Argentiere.

Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This apartment does not disappoint!

The apartment is great, in fact better than advertised. It is very comfortable, well equipped and one of the best places we have rented. The walking distance to the GM lift station is good and the kids can take the bus from opposite the house. We ate in most evenings however we had dinner at the P'tite Verte as recommended by Steve and Jane and it was excellent and the menu's were really good value. Definitely will come back and will be happy to recommend to my friends.
