This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the 1st district of Paris, the famous rue Du Louvre. Situated at the end of a big courtyard, the area and the apartment are very quiet and safe. This apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator; it has full disabled access. There is a street entrance which can only be opened with a FOB, followed by a second door also secured with a FOB.

The apartment is 60 square meters, it was fully refurbished in 2014. It has a living room and an open-plan kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The whole apartment has original Parisian parquet floor and moldings.

Just next to the living room, the full bathroom has disabled access and is equipped with an Italian shower and a toilet.

The second bedroom is in front of the bathroom, at the beginning of the hallway leading to the sleeping area. This bedroom has two single beds, a closet and a window with a view giving onto the courtyard. These 2 single beds can also make a double king size bed.

The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has a king sized bed, a big closet, a telephone with international calls for US/Canada land and cellphones. The window has a view giving onto the courtyard.

The apartment has unlimited wireless connection in all rooms.

This apartment is NOT SUITABLE for children under 15.

Location, location, location! Lovely 2 bedroom with all the essentials

We absolutely loved this apartment and will likely book for future trips to Paris. It is ideal for 2-4 people, 2 couples, or a family of up to 4. Perfectly meets the needs of anyone interested in exploring Paris - Le Louvre is just a 5 min walk, les Halles- Beaubourg and the Marais just a few mins walk as well. The metro is at the end of the street. Nearby cafes & shopping just outside your door.

The apartment itself is well lit, beds are very comfortable and it has an ample/supplied kitchenette. Washer in kitchen-noisy but works great! Loved having the nesspresso machine & electric kettle. Bathroom is stand alone shower with a fixed and handheld shower nozzles.

The living area of the apartment is small - love seat & 2 armchairs, but honestly we did not spend much time in the apartment except to sleep and have breakfast - and occasional evening glass of wine & snack.

Beautiful flat!

Everything was easy about this flat. From check-in to a functional layout, this flat had it all. We are a family of 4 and we were very comfortable here. You are close to major sights, and easy access to the metro. The space is well equipped, in a quiet building, with key fob access. The management company took care of everything seamlessly. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Perfect central location, perfect tranquility

We fell in love with this lovely apartment near the Louvre. Our stay was perfect in every way; the apartment location is top notch, the security and ambiance of the building was exactly as shown (even better); it was incredibly quiet which was great for a good nights rest after active days exploring the city by foot, bike and metro. Note this is not a property for loud visitors or heavy footed guests as the tenant demand quiet which we appreciated as well. The other reviews were very helpful to us and we researched many places and are grateful we chose to work with Glamaparis. Samia was exceptionally attentive and delivered perfect service all the way through. We hope to return for a future stay, this was perfect for our family of four and provided everyone with a comfortable bed to sleep in as opposed to a pull out couch which is common in this price point. The neighborhood restaurants were excellent (our favorite was Casa Festa), we enjoyed walking around the Louvre courtyards at night and seeing the river bridges at night also. Very safe area, super convenient with G20 grocery 2 minute walk away; we explored with our kids and never felt anything but perfectly safe. We loved Le Palais Royale on our way home most afternoons as the kids had a blast playing with other kids. Velib bike service is excellent (we biked from the Eiffel Tower all the way back to the apartment and it was not very far really), but be sure to pay attention to how the costs really work as they can add up quickly given the usage fees beyond the subscription costs. Enjoy....you will not regret.

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location close to the Louvre

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were a party of three (two adults, one child) and stayed for one week in April 2017. The apartment is in an excellent location, only a few minutes' walk from the Louvre and the Seine, and very close to the Chatelet-Les Halles Metro/RER station. During the booking process and prior to arrival the staff at Glamaparis were helpful and efficient, and sent useful information in advance of our arrival about the apartment and the neighbourhood. A member of staff met us at the apartment when we arrived and showed us around.

The bedrooms are very comfortable and relatively spacious. The kitchen/diner/lounge is perhaps rather compact, but is perfectly adequate; in particular, those wishing to do more than prepare breakfast or light meals may find the kitchen rather limited. We chose the apartment partly because we expected it to be quiet. The windows face into an internal courtyard, meaning that there is little, if any, traffic noise. During our stay, we were disturbed (including early in the morning) by some very noisy building work that was going on in another apartment in the building. When we raised this with Glamaparis, we received prompt responses to our messages, and although we were initially told that they were unable to have the work halted or re-scheduled (owing to the fact that it was going on in an apartment with which they were unconnected), in the end the work was re-scheduled and the disturbance that we suffered was limited to two days.

In spite of the issue we encountered, we very much enjoyed our week in this apartment. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a conveniently located base for exploring Paris.

Excellent location and stay for family of four

The apartment's location is second to none. It is walking distance to the Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, Seine, Pont Neuf (and tour boat), Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, Forum des Halles, and the Opéra. ATM is literally next door, and subway station a 5 minute walk away. There is a secured gate which leads to a small court yard and another keyed entrance from here to the apartment building. We felt very safe and the apartment is quiet despite being in the middle of the city. It is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is brand new, bedrooms are spacious, though living room is a bit small. This did not bother us, as we were gone most of the time anyway. There is a washing machine and a drying rack, which is great for families with children who want to travel light. Bakeries and grocery store are close by so we had fresh bread and croissants for breakfast every morning before heading out. There are several good restaurants close by (Try, for example, Le Louis or Au Vieux Comptoir). We loved our stay in Paris, and renting an apartment is definitely the way to go with children!

On a side note, at Glamaparis' recommendation we booked transport from and to the airport through ParisChauffeurs.com which was super convenient. The driver was on time, courteous, and very pleasant.

Great location in Paris

This condo is exactly as described. We were met at the gate by Samia (Account Manager-Glamaparis) and we were shown around the condo. It is in excellent shape and is in a great location! We felt very safe throughout our stay. Restaurants, shopping, Louvre, grocery store, drug store, all within walking distance. We were able to walk everywhere even to the Eiffel tower. I would definitely recommend having dinner at the Eiffel tower. It was a great experience. We also did several free walking tours that were amazing. Google-ParisDiscoverwalks.com. We did the Montmartre and Hidden Gems tour. They do require a tip; however it is well worth it. Paris was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend. I would recommend a guided tour through the Louvre; you will appreciate it so much more hearing from a local. We were there for 4 nights and ready to go back. Take an umbrella in case it rains.

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (except children under 18)

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
