The Cow Pen Cottage is ideal for a relaxing break. This charming, single-story barn-conversion is one of three lovingly renovated holiday-homes, just three miles from the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon with good access into Warwick and Leamington Spa. Offers luxurious furnishings with rustic charm.

All ground floor. One double bedroom with king size bed, TV & Freeview & en-suite bathroom (down two steps) with bath, shower over, basin, WC & small range of complimentary toiletries. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area & sitting area; all with vaulted, beamed ceilings.

For new bookings taking place from 1st November 2015, cottage guests will share access to the indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub which includes a full-body massage lounger, multi-level seating for people with different heights and a swivel lounge seat. Let your cares slip away and forget the hustle and bustle of daily life, whilst admiring the rolling Warwickshire countryside.

Outside the cottage there is a private garden with planted tubs of flowers, bbq and rattan patio furniture. Enjoy a walk around our 4 acre grounds or take a pic-nic out and enjoy the stunning views.

There is a on-site farm shop which sells locally sourced cheese, meat, fruit and vegetables, though for everything else Snitterfield's amenities are nearby, making this a well-served base for people looking to explore the region. With an excellent local pub, called The Snitterfield Arms, within walking distance.

Snitterfield boasts two impressive USGA golf courses within 5 minutes of the village. With lots of other activities in the local area including horse riding, tennis, bowling, fishing, gliding and cycling.

The Monarchs Way runs across the entrance drive giving walkers and mountain bikes access to some superb countryside. The cottage is ideal for theatre lovers but also to visit the Cotswolds with it's gorgeous little villages, pubs, National Trust gardens and properties within easy reach.
