We can't think of a more fitting setting for that group gathering you've been meaning to organise than Streamways Forda. well positioned for accessing North Devons beaches and attractions. This spacious bungalow is a home from home and sleeps up to Sixteen guests. With a stylish décor throughout, yet offering thoughtful features that mean you can enjoy time as a group, yet still benefit from your own space with two living rooms and a secluded cabin.

The living area has space for the whole group to curl up and chat by the glow of the log burner, and there's a second living area too, so there's plenty of space to settle down for a catch up over a glass of bubbly. For those special meals with the group, you'll find a kitchen to inspire even the most reluctant of cooks. When it's time to unwind, the bubbling hot tub* outside makes the perfect way to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and chat under the stars.

Family bathroom with a bath, rain shower with mixer shower attachment, W.C, washbasin, mirror and heated towel rail.

Kitchen with beamed ceilings, floorboards, two ovens, gas 8 burner range, fridge freezer with drinks dispenser, undercounter fridge, dishwasher, blender and toaster as well as crockery and kitchenware. For toddlers; plastic plates, tumblers and two high chairs. DAB radio, blackboards and a feature traditional rayburn stove (Not operational).

Master Bedroom - Double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, full length mirror and arm chair.

Bedroom Two - Triple sleeper bunk (Double below single above) white wardrobe with matching bedside table.

Bedroom Three - Double bed, white bedside units and a single wardrobe.

Bedroom Four - Triple sleeper bunk, clothes hanging space and chest of drawers.

Bedroom Five - Twin beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe.

Second lounge with vaulted ceiling, impressive wooden beams and a suspended hand crafted driftwood light fixture, providing plenty of space as it once was used as the village hall, Three large brown leather sofas, Large inglenook fireplace with woodburner and safety guard, 42'' LCD Freeview TV and Blu Ray with an impressive surround sound system, or enjoy the selection of board games around the two dining tables that seat 14.

Bedroom Six "The Cabin" - Double bed in a beautifully styled private cabin in the garden is the perfect hideaway. Bedside table, chest of drawers, sofa and arm chair. French patio doors lead out onto decking space and behind the 2 way partition is a large walk-in shower cubicle, w.c, washbasin, mirror and vanity unit.

Optional 2x single guest bed hire is available to sleep a maximum of 16.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Ample opportunity for exploration with a lower patio, upper terrace and two gardens laid to lawn. The outside areas are all fenced in and enclosed for privacy, as well as for the security of your dogs and the little ones. There is also a hot & cold outside shower, BBQ, 2 patio furniture sets, bike, surfboard and wetsuit storage.... and 6 seater hot tub* jacuzzi. Driveway Parking (5 cars)
