Coach house 1 was once the Blacksmith cottage which belonged to the 19th Century Kinfauns Castle. Originally created as stables and Coach houses for the 19th Century Kinfauns Castle, the traditional stone built B listed buildings in attractive courtyard setting has idyllic and exceptional accommodation, restored to complement the glorious environment,with careful thought given to our customers enjoyment.This 2 level property has a lot of character, an ideal retreat for 2. Downstairs - Living room with modern wooden fire surround, seating for up to 4 people, music system, Free sat channels on the 32" The Kitchen is Fully fitted and has dining for 2. The bathroom is Modern and warm. Upstairs the open plan bedroom is light and spacious. Wi-fi Internet access and Line and Towels are provided.

Newly opened on site is The kinfaus stable which hosts a purpose built indoor Riding arena, guests can book Horse Riding lessons or go on a hack through the beauty of The kinnoull woodlands.

Due to high running costs a mininum of 3 nights breaks are availabe.

A great base for exploring Perthshire and beyond

Really enjoyed our stay at Towerview. Our coach house was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom and good living space. The courtyard is in a beautiful setting amidst lovely scenery in the Tay valley yet only a few minutes drive from the city of Perth. It is also an ideal base for exploring this part of Scotland, including Perthshire, the Cairngorms and the East Neuk of Fife. Booking and arrival were managed very efficiently and help and information was readily available if needed.

Spring break

Had a great week, lovely rural setting with fantastic walks and amazing views. Well worth the visit. Equestrian center next door very professional and friendly, matched right horse to my capabilities, was given a trot in arena which gave me confidence to go out doors for a brilliant hack. Will be back and will recommend to oureceive friends.

Great break in lovely location
