Our beautiful apartment has just been fully refurbished to a very high standard with excellent quality furniture, fittings & is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, bringing it up to a good 4*+ standard,all the towels and linen are rich quality cottons and included in our prices,the apartment has all the necessities available for a great stay including Sky TV and Broadband for you to use,the bedrooms have 1x king size bed 1x double bed and the small room has bunk beds,the apartment does have an outside courtyard and is only seconds away from all the amenities of St Katherines Dock and all that London has to offer for a great vacation.

i purchased this property with a view to retiring here in the future as we both are Londoners born & bred, but in the meantime would like to let others have the pleasure of staying here for a much reduced cost when comparing to London hotels and of course some income for myself,both myself & my partner work in London and live just outside & will be on call for any enquiries or problems that might arise during your stay but we have Great system at the property and I send over all informations and area photos a few weeks before your arrival

You will not find a holiday apartment in london with as much luxury and position at this price anywhere check in is around 2.30pm but this is a little flexible if the flat is prepared earlier and check out is 10.30am

Great place for the family!

We just returned from our stay at this apartment on St. Katharine's Way. It was wonderful. The 3 bedroom apartment accommodated our family of 6 adults. We had 4 singles with us, so the guys slept in the bunk beds and the girls slept in the double bed. Everyone was very happy with their sleeping accommodations. Needless to say, we did a lot of walking everyday so sleeping at night was not a problem. The king size bed my husband and I slept in was more in line with an American queen size bed, but it was very comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped. Having hair dryers in every room was very helpful and it was one less thing we had to bring. The kitchen was fantastic! It is equipped with everything you need. We shopped at the Waitrose grocery store which is very close to the apartment. The Tower Hill tube station is close by too. For chocolate lovers, we highly recommend Dark Sugars on Brick Lane (a little walk from the Aldegate East station). They have the best Hot Chocolate plus chocolate of all flavors. We also found a great fish & chips takeout - Johnny's Fish Bar - a walk across the Tower Bridge and down on Tanner St. It's a local place. Burough Market is not too far away. Visit it early in your stay. Great food! Overall great trip and our accommodations helped make it happen! Thank you!

Clean & Close to Tower Bridge & Transport network

The apartment is clean, well presented and very well equipped. Everything you need is provided. Absolutely loved that there was 2 hairdryers, power boards in the bedrooms for charging portable devices, and even umbrellas in case of rain. Handy to Tesco Express and Waitrose as well as a range of cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London.

Fantastic Location and Lovely Apartment!

This three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment has an amazing location. It is a 10 minute walk from the Tower Hill Station on the central line which means that you can take the underground directly to Paddington Station (Windsor Castle), Euston Station (Warner Bros Studio), St Pancreas (Eurostar line), and Kings Cross (Platform 9 3/4).

To get to the apartment, walk to the St Katherines' docks (boats not on the Thames!) and head for the Mala Indian restaurant. A flight of stairs will take you up from that corner. No need to walk all the way around the buildings!

The apartment is so clean that we felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. Everything looked brand new and felt luxurious. After walking all the day, the beds felt divinely comfortable. The carpet in the living room is soft under your feet (we always took off our shoes inside, just to keep the place nicer. I don't know if that is standard practice in England or not). The neighbors are either silent or the walls are well insulated, we never heard a sound from them.

There is a stove that can cook a frozen pizza in about 5-10 minutes (be careful you don't burn it, it cooks that fast!). There is a washing machine that spins the clothes so well that they dry overnight on the drying rack. The radiator in the bathroom is also the towel rack (I think!) and that means heated towels after your shower (our weather was lovely and warm, we didn't get to experience this - but I am not complaining about dry sunny weather in London in April!).

There are two grocery stores in easy walking distance. The Tesco Express is between Tower Hill Station and the apartment. Their fresh bread and rolls appeared at 7:15am and were delightful! The Waitrose is a 5 minute walk in the other direction (and that is a five minute walk with three tired children in tow!) and has everything you'd expect to find in a big grocery store: peanut butter, jam, bread, Indian take-out, apples, ice cream, etc. The prices were reasonable.

This is an excellent apartment. Fantastic location. I only have good things to say about this place! We never met the hosts because of timing, delayed planes, and we are early risers. From all their emails, I am sure they are lovely people! This is the nicest place we have ever stayed through HomeAway!

Wonderful flat in London

We had a wonderful stay here over Spring Break 2017. The flat is very homey and comfortable and the location is exceptional! The pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed walking through St. Katherine's Docks every day and there are lots of nearby restaurants and pubs. If you're looking for a place to stay in London, you can't go wrong here. I can't wait to return.

Lovely accommodations and great, quiet location

I recently stayed here (three nights) with my mother, friend and two boys (ages 12 & 15). The unit was easy to find and we were very please with it. The linens and towels were all of good quality, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved being able to all stay in one unit rather than in multiple hotel rooms, the price was better than hotel costs and it allowed us space to sit down, eat and enjoy one another's company. The owners are easy and nice to work with which made our stay there and in London perfect. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a group that would otherwise require multiple hotel rooms or cramming into one room without the amenities of an apartment.

Perfect for family of four on vacation

The apartment is very nice. It was super clean when we arrived. It was perfect for our vacation to London. There was plenty of space for our family of two adults and two kids (age 11 and 14). The neighborhood was quiet and seemingly isolated from the sounds of the city. It was within walking distance of several points of interest, bus stops and a tube stop. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this location for future visits.
