Privately owned and maintained to a high standard. Located on the second floor (corner) of a 2 storey building with a balcony. 24 hour security on site and entrance is through a manned vehicle gate. Wal-Mart is a 5 minute walk from the main entrance in addition to fast food outlets and pubs within walkin distance.

Parking on site is very good and no issues on spaces.

Free access to a communal pool and sunbathing area.

Golf club on site is friendly and serves good food and drink.

We extended our stay by two weeks, please read my previous review. Can not complain about anything apart from location from theme parks, at least a 45 minute drive from attractions.

Lovely Property

Owners couldn’t have been more helpful, quick to respond to any questions. Property very clean, beds, living area all very comfortable everything you could possibly need is there. Property is more residential than resort and at least 45 minutes from main attractions. Would have been nice for a TV in second bedroom but no complaints at all.

superb Southern Dunes Condo

Superb condo, just spent 2 amazing weeks here, would defiantly recommend (especially for golfers, as clubhouse and course are excellent. Great food served by lovely people). Condo well set out with 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suites. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday, well equipped and nicely decorated and furnished. Would definitely stay again.
