This apartment located in a pedestrian street in the historic heart of Rennes is ideal for your next stay in Rennes. Very central and yet quiet!
It is located just behind the cathedral of Rennes, one step away from a bakery and two steps away from all the shops and the famous Place des Lices, famous for its market on Saturday morning. 2 minutes from the town hall, 5 minutes from the parliament of Brittany! All on foot. Of course, bus and metro are also nearby (République stop).
You come by car ? A covered paying parking is located 3 minutes from the apartment (Parking des Lices).
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) and was renovated in 2016. It is modern and very comfortable while keeping the cachet of the old (High ceilings, beams, brick fireplace). The decoration is neat and everything has been thought for the place to be a real cozy nest, warm, and functional. You will feel at home, be sure!
Equipment : A real bed with a quality mattress and box spring for 2 persons is in your separate room.
The kitchen includes a multifunctional oven/microwave, ceramic hobs, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine. High speed internet access (fiber), TV (dozens of channels) ... You will find all the dishes and kitchen tools you need. The bar is open to the living room. Sit comfortably on the corner sofa to read or watch a movie... If you are in the mood to work, a small school desk is available! The sofa converts into a comfortable bed to accommodate 1 or 2 extra people. The bathroom is composed of a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet, a towel dryer, a closet in the entrance of the apartment, bed and bath linen is provided. And of course you will find your bed made on arrival...

Ruhige, zentrale Lage, aber schwierige Parksituation

Leider befindet sich die Wohnung im dritten Stock und darüber gab es vorher keine Informationen. Eine gehbehinderte Person wäre nicht in der Lage über diese alte, ausgetretene Treppe nach oben zu kommen. Zudem ist es äußerst beschwerlich auf diesem Weg das Gepäck nach oben zu transportieren. Außerdem kann man nur weit entfernt parken, da sich die Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone befindet. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Toilette ohne jegliche Abluft oder ein Fenster, so dass unangenehme Gerüche entstehen.Die Toilette verfügt zudem nicht über ein Waschbecken, sodass man durch die ganze Wohnung ins Bad gehen muss, um sich die Hände zu waschen. Das Bett müsste für zwei Personen breiter sein. Küche ist neu und befriedigend ausgestattet, es gibt keinen Backofen.Einige zusätzliche Utensilien wie eine große Reibe, eine Zitronenpresse und Topfdeckel wären nützlich für das Kochen. Das Bad ist leider zum Rest der Wohnung nicht wirklich abgeschlossen. Eine Dunstabzugshaube gibt es ebenfalls nicht, sodass sich der Kochdunst in der gesamten Wohnung verteilt. Auf den Hockern der Esstheke konnte man nicht wirklich bequem sitzen und essen. Alles für ziemlich junge Leute.
