ARTY is a brand new apartment located in a quiet 17th century residence classified as a historical monument, full of charm in the historic center of Rennes. The apartment was renovated in January 2017 and the interior decoration, resolutely arty, was entrusted to a quality gallery.

If you are looking for a unique accommodation in the heart of the city but away from potential nuisances, if you like the mix of old and contemporary, you will appreciate having found this apartment for your stay of a few days or weeks.

With a surface area of 30m2, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, a modern and comfortable bathroom and separate toilets. Please note: as you will see on the photos, we have opted for a mezzanine sleeping arrangement to free up floor space and allow you to enjoy a beautiful, bright living room. The bed is very comfortable but the ceiling height is a little low (1. 10 m).

The apartment is fully equipped: television, wifi, bluetooth speaker in the living room. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to treat yourself: induction hobs (2 burners), microwave oven, Nespresso and Bodum coffee maker, kettle, washing machine. . . . nothing's missing.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a towel warmer and double glazing is throughout the apartment. The small + appreciable: a pleasant balcony directly accessible from the apartment. Everything is in perfect working order.
