Charming, friendly, well-equipped flat sleeping 1 to 2 people. This flat, located in a pedestrian street in the historic centre of Rennes, is ideal for your next stay in Rennes. In the heart of the historic centre but very quiet, it's perfect for a business trip or a tourist stopover - you'll feel right at home here!

The flat is comfortable and exudes old-world charm, with high ceilings, exposed beams and a brick fireplace. Space is optimised in this 27 m2 apartment: entrance with wardrobe, spacious living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom with washbasin, large shower and wc. Please note: the double bed is on the mezzanine and, as you can see from the photos, the height of the mezzanine is low. The lounge area has a convertible double sofa bed, which can be made up on request.

In the kitchen, you'll find a multifunction/microwave oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. All the crockery and kitchen equipment you will need are available. The bar opens onto the lounge. If you're in the mood to work, a small school desk is also available.

The bathroom has a large shower (80x120), a washbasin, a WC and a heated towel rail.

Household linen is provided. For your comfort, the bed will be made up for you on arrival.

You will also have access to the internet and TV.

It is located just behind Rennes Cathedral, 2 minutes from all the shops, restaurants, amenities and transport links (bus and metro stop République), as well as the famous Place des Lices, famous for its Saturday morning market. Rennes station can be reached in 15/20 minutes on foot or by public transport.
Coming by car? There is a pay car park 5 minutes' walk from the flat (Parking des Lices). The flat is not accessible by car, as it is located in a pedestrianised street closed to traffic.
