Magnificant 3 bedroom house with huge mediterranean garden and private pool

This traditional stone house offers approx. 250 sqm living area over 2 1/2 floors.

On the ground floor we find the very cosy hall entrance, used as a dining room. On the right hand is a guest toilet. On the left hand, a few steps down is the beautiful, sunflooded living room with fireplace.

On the lower ground floor is the rustic style kitchen with fireplace, with an adjacent laundry and storage room.

On the mezzanine floor is a large bathroom with shower as well as a dressing.

ON the first floor are the three double bedrooms, and 2 shower bathrooms.

The top floor consists of a small tower surrounded by windows, from where you can enjoy 360º views to the mountains and the valley till the sea.

In front of the house is the magnificent mediterranean garden of approx. 2.000 sqm, as well as the fenced large pool area with a partly covered terrace.

Very quiet and sunny area, with wonderful views, at a few minutes walking to the centre of Soller, with its many shops, bars and restaurants.

What a find !

Lovely characterful Mallorcan house set in the most gorgeous well kept extensive gardens, photos simply cannot do this place justice. Loads of lovely outdoor seating & dining areas both outside the house and dotted throughout the grounds plus a fantastic private pool area which really catches the sun whilst also having a comfortable shaded seating area. We even enjoyed using the juicer to make our own fresh orange & lemon juices from the abundance of fruit in the garden. All this peaceful bliss in a stunning setting surrounded by the mountains, yet only 7 minutes walk from the plaza, trams and restaurants of Soller. Forget the car, kick back and enjoy !

The house is located nearby the historic stone town of Soller on the mountainous west coast of Mallorca. The central square in Soller is considered as one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. Soller is located at the base of the dramatic Tramuntana mountains. The town is only 3,5km from Puerto de Soller which has a number of sandy beaches, bars and many restaurants. The picturesque village of Fornalutx is only 5km or a 30minute walk. The village of Deia, which is home to many artists and authors is an easy 20mt drive from Soller. Robert Graves is buried in the church yard in Deia and his house is now a museum and well worth a visit. Palma is the capital City of Mallorca. It has a beautiful cathedral and the centre of the city is a tourist delight, wander around and soak up the history. An historic train runs from Soller to Palma, passing through orange and almond orchards as well as the ruggid Tramuntana mountains, through 13 tunnels.
