The property consists of a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable lounge area with a juliet balcony adding to the light and airy feel of the property. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a single bedroom with the family shower room next door.

Next to the major Green Road Roundabout which links the Oxford ring road and the A40/M40 to London, it has fast access to most areas including the business and science parks of Oxford and South Oxfordshire. The direct coach service to London goes straight past the apartment and there is a frequent bus service to Oxford city centre, which is 2 miles away and takes about 15 minutes.

Sehr gute Lage, um die Innenstadt von Oxford (aber auch London Heathrow) zu erreichen (dazu die Bushaltestellen ca. 400 m von der Wohnung), ruhig gelegen, Restaurant gleich um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Tesco und andere) in der Nähe, sehr gute Ausstattung des Objekts (Wohnzimmer, Küche, großes Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, reichlich Warmwasser und Fußbodenheizung, die für jeden Raum individuell einstellbar ist). Wir haben das Objekt mit drei Personen für 7 Tage bewohnt, die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet Platz für alle. Sehr freundliches, geduldiges und hilfsbereites Personal der Agentur. Parkplatz für das Fahrzeug auf dem Grundstück (keine Problem mit den anderen Bewohnern der Anlage).

Local area and amenities

Headington is a smart and popular residential area to the north-east of Oxford. It is the part of Oxford which has the best access to London via the A40/M40, so it attracts many London commuters. It has its own shopping area with all the shops guests will need (including supermarkets, chemists, butcher's, newsagent's etc) and many continental pubs and restaurants. It also has a number of attractive green spaces including Bury Knowle Park, South Park and Headington Hill Park within walking distance. Delightful villages and countryside are also very close on the other side of the Oxford ring road.
