Francos, apartment offered by Genteel-Home, an unbeatable location in the centre of Seville, in the exclsuive Santa Cruz quarter.

The apartment has a living room with dining space two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds -one of them is a trundle bed; a spacious complete bathroom; and finally an equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils from where you can access to a cosy courtyard with exterior table and chairs.

The location of Francos apartment is superb, being in the popular district of Santa Cruz, one of the most emblematic places of the city centre, you'll be able to walk to the Cathedral, Giralda and the Royal Alcázar; among other sights. That is also a living area with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.

An apartment that has it all.

DEPOSIT: You will be asked for the card details upon arrival at the apartment.

Agreement with swimming pool and sports facilities outside the apartment (about 30 minutes by bus). Original price 16 euros day / person. Price with GENTEEL HOME only 8 euros day / person (offer valid from June 1st to September 1st).

Absolutely great apt and location

I was so impressed with the location and most importantly the quality of the apt. It is situated in a great location with shops/restaurants/attractions right outside the front door. But once you are inside it is so quiet you can't hear a thing. The apt is furnished so nicely with comfy beds and a lovely living/dining room. The staff was so accomodating and even though we were off schedule due to traffic and parking she was there as quickly as she could be. If you are driving just be aware parking is a real issue. There are publi parking garages close by but not easy driving in Seville. I would stay at this apt again without question. Excellent!

Terrible apartment, great location

The apartment was in a great location, and that is the only positive aspect. The 'internal courtyard' and the way that the windows open onto it, means that the apartment is EXTREMELY noisy. The neighbours are very noisy and smoke excessively, which means that you cannot get any fresh air into the apartment. The living room is very dark as the blinds must be drawn so that you can have some privacy - otherwise you are looking directly across into the neighbour's apartment. This neighbour has the TV on all day & night, so it is noisy because of that as well. We have travelled for 10 months, staying one week in each apartment, and this is one of the absolute worst apartments we have stayed in.

Unforgetable stay in the best possible way!

Beggining from the treatment of the agency, Genteel Home, and ending with the apartment itself we can't complain about nothing.

The location was fabulous as we didn't have a car and we could walk everywhere and the condo was beautiful (I fell in love with the glazed area) and so clean I felt at home.

I highly recommend it if.

Bel appartement spacieux et bien situé

L'appartement, conforme à la description, est confortable et très propre. Il est très bien situé, proche de la cathédrale. Seule petite remarque, la vaisselle est un peu insuffisante pour 4 personnes (3 petites cuillères...)

Fantástico stay in a lovely apartment

My stay in this apartment was lovely. The apartment is located near to all important places to visit in Sevilla so you can walk yo everywhere, you Don't need todo Take any transport to sighseeing. The people Of Genteel home were very nice, punctual and polite. The apartment wasn't noisy at all. I would recomend to everybody.

Dommage très bruyant

Bel appartement atypique avec ses vitraux, très propre et bien situé pour visiter Sevilla à pied.

Par contre pas de fenêtre dans les chambres, la salle de bain est située entre les 2 chambres et la partie que je pensais en verre, au dessus de la porte de la chambre à 2 lits est inexistante !!!! Donc pas du tout d'intimité.

De plus pas de double vitrage donc tous les bruits du patio (portes qui claquent très tard le soir, voisins) ... résonnent dans l'appartement et cela est vraiment très dérangeant. DOMMAGE.
