The apartment availability page and price details are always up to date. If you cannot obtain a price for the holiday dates you have entered, it will be because the dates you require have been either fully or partially booked by another guest. Simply change your entered dates and the price will appear for your holiday. Some holidays have a minimum length of stay. If your holiday dates do not match this length of stay, the HA system will not let you proceed and once again, you will not be able to obtain a price for your holiday. If in doubt, we are here to help so drop us a note and we will try to assist!
The apartment is new to the market and is directly managed by the owners who live close by in La Zenia. It has been totally made over for the new 2019 season to a very high standard. This penthouse apartment will comfortably sleep 4 guests with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and 2 full size single beds in the 2nd bedroom. A cot is also available and this needs to be pre-booked at the time of reservation. Modern bedding, furniture and décor are all featured in the apartment which is presented to the market in tip top condition. There is a good sized south facing balcony off the main living area. This can accommodate both full sized sun loungers and Al Fresco dining facilities for up to 6 people. The main living area features a 3 seater sofa, a matching 2 seater sofa and a foot stool for when you want to relax and put your feet up. Ceiling fans are provided to all of the main rooms. The high level high output air conditioning unit is positioned to supply either hot or cold air to the main living area and both bedrooms. The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and ample storage shelves for clothing and footwear. Media facilities include free satellite TV, providing all UK channels, DVD player, and local radio stations via a good quality stereo system. For the benefit of our guests, fibre optic high speed broadband and free WiFi is installed. All rooms have security locks & external grills for your safety and comfort. The apartment is totally south facing so will catch the Spanish sun for most of the day. Their is a retractable sun canopy on the balcony and this can be used when you require some respite from the hot Costa Blanca sun. If we are feeling lazy we tend to put 2/3 sun loungers onto the balcony and enjoy private sun bathing with all of the apartment facilities directly next to us. The views from the balcony are totally open unlike other apartments on the north facing block to the rear of our south facing one. Our block is the only one served by lifts so that when you are bringing your food and drink back from the local shops, you haven't got to stagger up 6 flights of stairs in the hot Costa Blanca sun.
There is a fully equipped and modern kitchen providing oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and ample storage space for food and drink. Off the kitchen there is a fully enclosed and secure galleria to provide storage for sun loungers, beach chairs and anything else not required in the apartment. All cooking utensils, cutlery, pottery, pans and food preparation equipment is provided.
The 4 piece fully tiled bathroom includes a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin with a storage cupboard for all toiletries likely to be required during your visit.
The private roof top solarium provides more than sufficient space for secluded sun bathing and the views from here are absolutely stunning. It really is a pleasant place to be with a cold drink on a warm evening. There is a secure storage area so that you don't have to carry everything up the stairs from the apartment. Sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol are all provided but you do need to provide your own high factor sun tan lotion because the solarium is a perfect sun trap and you will definitely need protection!
Plenty of towels for personal use in the apartment are provided, and one large beach towel per guest is also provided. Fresh bed linen will be in the apartment and clothes/ linen drying facilities are also provided should you need to use the washing machine during the course of your stay.
Regrettably we do not accept bookings from same sex groups so cannot help with stag parties, hen parties and other similar outings. Our apartment is strictly No Smoking. Whilst there is No Smoking inside the apartment, smoking on the solarium and on the balcony ( as long as the patio doors are closed), is fine.
Our normal change over day is Saturday but we are aware that some of the airlines have flights to the local airports on different days of the week. The HomeAway website doesn't allow us to make allowances for this. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you require arrival/departures on other days of the week.
Payment of your security deposit and cleaning fee will need to be made at the time the apartment keys are handed over to you.
Key hand-overs are available between 14.30pm & 8pm and any times outside of these hours may still be possible but a surcharge of 20€ will apply.
The latest check out time on the day of departure is no later than 10.30am and the earliest check in time is 14.30pm on the day of your arrival. This is to give us the time to thoroughly clean the property before the next guests arrive. Please contact us if your arrival and departure times are outside of these limits as we may be able to flexible if we have no incoming or outgoing guests either side of your booking.
Please contact us if you will need transportation to and from the airports at either Murcia International or Alicante.
Please note that any advertised facilities that are not within our direct control are not guaranteed to be available. This includes, but is not limited to the lifts, the swimming pool, satellite TV service and electricity/water supply. Anything within our control, inside the apartment is available as described, unless otherwise detailed.
Long term winter bookings are available but are not shown on the rates/dates list. Please contact us for a rate on the dates that you require as good discounts are available for holidays of more than one month throughout the winter period.
