Welcome to "Beachway Breeze"! Our oceanfront beach home is the perfect setting for enjoying a luxury getaway in this casual beach town. Located on a corner parcel, you have both the convenience of easy beach access and views of a high dune setting. Our east facing private porch upstairs extends the entire length of the home and there's also the spacious downstairs deck and pool area. Multiple outdoor spaces allow for endless options for dining and lounging while the waves roll in. This home is modern, fresh, and bright with ample natural light from sliders that open to the expansive beach views. It has been tastefully outfitted with 2 new kitchens (one up and one down) new cabinets/appliances, hardwood floors(up), tile floors(down), and quartz countertops. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including 2 with queen size beds, and the third has a double. Due to limited square footage, we recommend a maximum party of 6-8, although it will sleep 10. The large pool deck, has plenty of space allowing for either quiet enjoyment of your morning swim, a sunbathing happy hour, or inviting your guests to join you as well. We can also set you up with all the necessary chairs and towels so don't feel obligated to bring them with you. Oceanfront pool homes are few on North beach NSB, and this is a special place indeed; come live like a local in this rare find!

Great Location

Our month stay at this property was fine, location is very good. Close to everything NSB has to offer. The house itself definitely could use a deep clean and attention to details. The downstairs bathrooms are very dated and one shower has mold in the shower handle. The house has wear on it such as the downstairs sofa is worn out as if the springs are broken in it, little things like ceiling fans did not always work with the remotes provided. Saw several cockroaches in the home, one in lower level kitchen one in lower level bedroom. There is a garage which was very important to us but the garage is not in good shape, parts of the ceiling peeled off on our car that was in the garage. I was aware the pool is not heated, it would be nice to have a pool heat option as we were not able to use it. Overall we do not have regrets staying here but it would be nice if the home went through a deep cleaning and TLC items addressed prior to anyone else staying in the home, for the price this home rents for. Overall we would not stay at the property again.

Beachway Breeze 11-24 through 12/1

Janine and Star are amazing! They had to take care of the previous tenants disastrous leftovers before we arrived, but thankfully we were able to delay our arrival until 5:30. Star came back the next day to finish cleaning and the contractors were great to fix the broken disposal and slider door handle. Since we arrived during the cleaning, we didn't discover that there was no key in the lockbox until we left on the 1st. The house was a great size for my elderly parents and our family of 5. That combined with good weather allowed us to have our small gathering for Thanksgiving outdoors at the great tables. We liked that there were some sand toys and boogie boards for the kids to use, as well as umbrellas. Some of the issues we encountered that could use improvement/monnitoring: The previous renter's dog had defecated in the mulch area, so that got tracked into the house by my young nephew that wondered into the area during a game of hide and seek with cousins. I bleached the floors to clean thoroughly. We took our dog outside the property but it may be a good idea to check areas outside (within the fenced area) between rentals. Ants in the bathrooms on lower and upper floors. Kitchen utensils could use an upgrade. I purchased a few new ones and left at the house. Windows are very thin and we could hear several instances of altercations or partying on the street at 2 and 3 am, or the early morning car line very easily. Overall we had a wonderful time and my sister (who lives in England but typically makes an annual trip to the Florida coast with her family) would probably enjoy this house if you might consider a less than 30 day rental for her next October! Thanks for a good week!
