Beautiful brand new apartment in a prime location. Offered by the company Genteel-Home.

Francos IV apartment is in a prime area of ​​Seville, in the Barrio de Santa Cruz, a few meters from the Cathedral and next to the shopping area. It is a vibrant and lively street,t.It is accessed through a typical Seville courtyard.

On the ground floor is the living room, which gives access to the kitchen, completely equipped to the smallest detail. Also on this floor there is a small toilet. Upstairs we find the bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite. On the second floor is the twin beds and a bathroom also en suite. Upstairs, we have access to the private terrace equipped with garden furniture, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the great weather of Seville.

DEPOSIT: You will be asked for the card details upon arrival at the apartment.

Agreement with swimming pool and sports facilities outside the apartment about 30 minutes by bus from the apartment. Original price 16 euros day / person, price with GENTEEL HOME only 8 euros day / person (offer valid from June 1st to September 1st).

Céntrico, tranquilo y muy cómodo

Nos encantó el apartamento Vinuesa, fuimos un grupo grande que nos dividimos en dos apartamentos de la misma empresa genteel home. El apartamento está situado a unos metros de la Catedral por lo que pudimos hacer turismo y descansar con toda comodidad.

Estuvimos 4 personas en el apartamento y todo estaba perfecto, las camas comodas, la cocina y los baños limpios.

Queríamos dar las gracias a genteel home por su trato y atención.

Topisssime Séville

Super bien accueilli par Abritel et ponctuel, logement propre est climatisé, Séville est une ville magnifique, on y mange super bien, pour la fete je vous conseille le côté typique de l'autre côté du fleuve, bar dansant flamenco super ambiance. .

Habitación mal ventilada en un buen sitio

La habitación tiene tres plantas. En la planta baja se encuentran un pequeno cuarto de estar, una cocina y el WC. Todo olía mal. En las otras plantas se encuentran los dormitorios y banos que estaban okay. La azotea nos ha gustado lo más. Pero es un poco difícil de traer todos los platos y comida ahí. Un parking vigilado está a 1 km de la habitación. No es posible de aparcar el coche directamente en frente de la habitacion. Podemos hacer todo a pie. El sitio en parte antigua de Sevilla està muy buen y durante las noche estaba tranquillo en el apartamento.

Lamentamos leer sobre el problema de olores en el apartamento, esto es una cuestión que surge por el agua subterránea que pasa por el subsuelo de la ciudad y que sube por tuberías y bajantes. Como bien dice en su comentario el apartamento se encuentra situado en una de las calles peatonales de Sevilla más populares, dada su situación en pleno centro histórico el acceso a cualquier monumento a pie. Una vez más agradecemos sus comentarios y esperamos volver a verle pronto por Sevilla.
