Studio Genevrier 110 & 112

These fantastic Studios located in the centre of Chamonix have been newly renovated and furnished to make the most of there size.

Includes: WIFI internet, Underground Parking.

Top quality Beds have been installed in Genevrier 110/112. Both have single bunk beds (sleeps 2) and double bed. All these beds fold away effortlessly and take up minimal space when not in use. This makes the most of the apartment and provides plenty of space when the beds are not in use.

The central location in Chamonix Sud provides fantastic access to both the town and local lifts with the l'Aiguille du Midi cable car station only 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

There are great views from the south facing balcony, where you can enjoy an après ski drink watching the sun set over the mountain range.

This studio is suitable for 2 - 4 people.

Local shops include ski hire, supermarkets, bakers, launderette, video hire, bars, restaurants & clubs. The main bus station for transport to all the lift stations and Valley ski resorts is a couple of minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The studio is available for weekly rentals.
Our standard period of rental is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday although we will consider other dates & lengths of stay.

Price based on standard capacity of 2 persons occupying this property.
You are expected to vacate the property by 10am on the morning of your departure leaving it in a CLEAN condition.

Tourist tax of £1 per person (13 years and above) per day, payable with the booking.

A deferred cautionary damage deposit is required upon arrival using your credit card details, unless otherwise agreed.

WINTER 17/18 SEASONAL RENT - MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS. Price based on 3 months is €1650.

Standard Rental Terms:
Payment in 2 instalments; 30% with the booking and 70% 4 weeks prior to arrival. You will be required to pay a cautionary damage deposit on arrival. Property service charges are not included please enquire for details.

You will be met on arrival in resort by our concierge partners. They will be on hand in case of emergencies.
Normal check in is between 4pm and 8pm, and check out on departure by 10am.
Prior to arrival, they can pre-organise your airport transfers, ski school, guides & activities, ski passes & ski hire.

Our recommendation is that you fly to Geneva airport it is only 50 miles to Chamonix and takes little more than an hour. You may choose to hire a car or we can arrange a transfer for you. Public Transport is also available either by train or bus from the airport although the journey takes much longer.

Chamonix is best known for its extreme skiing, climbing, high mountain hiking and mountain biking. This busy alpine village is extremely popular in the winter and summer seasons with tourists clambering for a glimpse of Mont Blanc. Chamonix has all the facilities of a town with a great variety of shops, restaurants and bars, cinema, museums, sports centre, ice-skating, tennis, squash, swimming pools and 18 hole golf course. There are fabulous walking and running trails all over the valley as well as xc mountain biking and down hill and unlimited climbing areas for all abilities. The skiing/snowboarding is ideal for intermediate and advanced skiers, but also great ski schools for beginners.

Golf: Golf Information:

The golf course in the Chamonix valley has a high standard with excellent facilities. It is situated next to the village of Les Praz. It was built in 1934, originally with 4 holes, it was officially opened on the 20 July 1935 with 9 holes completed. It was only in 1972 the council decided on a further 9 holes. So 10 years later, on the 26 September 1982 it was relaunched with 18 holes. A technical course designed by the prestigious architect Robert Trent Jones Senior, who knew how to make the most of the environment. The course is notable for the its numerous obstacles and raised greens. There is a driving range of 29 bays of which 14 are covered, 2 training greens and 2 bunkers.
