Spacious 1 BR - Walk to the Park and Restaurants

It not the best location but we felt safe. Lots of cars accross the street. The houses in the area are small and many need repairs. The own was easy to respond and answed our questions. The inside was somewhat clean. But the glass top on the stove had not been cleaned well. The stainless refrig, stove dishwasher had lots of streaks and smudges. The front of the cabinets were very worn. The inside of the frig had not been wiped down. The kitchen needed a good deep cleaning. Everything else was clean. The bathroom sink was majorly clogged. The owners description says it has hardwood floors but they are lamented. Had the kitchen been deep cleaned and sink not clogged I would have given it two more stars. The house was not nasty but I doubt it has a professional cleaner because the kitchen would have been done better. These could be easy fixes given some attention to details.

Was a nice little place to stay, and was very close to the park and restaurants.
