Recently the apartment was renovated.

You can chose many apartments in the area of the Oasis of Maspalomas. To decide to come to Maspalomas and sleep in the apartments of the Oasis area is a good election itself, but not all the apartments of the area are renovated or has private area to park your car rental. This is an advantage to consider, but not the only one. The apartment is just close to the beach en close to all services arround just 5 m walking. The apartment has air condition in all the rooms and heating system, but in general is not a need to use it as average temperature is 20ªC and the apartment is warm.

What makes this apartment unique

as aditional advantage, the apartment is noiseless arround. The apartment is ideal for relax time inside the garden area. If you are not interested to walk to the beach, or take a swimm in the swimming pool, you will have the terrace table to spend your time outside the apartment, or your sun beds to take your sun bath.

The apartment in a quite area located next to the garden. Recently renovated has all you need to enjoy nice holidays in Maspalomas. Is next to the beach, approx 30 m. lovley owner, lovely apartment

very clean very high standard. very happy with location. the chinese place just off the beach has .4l beers for 2euro aswell dont get robbed with 3.90 elsewhere. the beach was lovley. well kept and very lively. i spent 1 week here in march with my parents as i was going scuba diving and they wanted a holiday. great location for this and much more respectable than playa del ingles which can be a bit tacky. some nights thats what i wanted tho and there was taxis to the wide variety of night life there for 5-7 euro. over all i would recommend this property and the owner is a gentleman. my only thing would be the lack of sun at the front of the apartment altho it was very bright.

Smart apartment

This was our second time booking because it is such a lovely apartment. Clean and very well equipped, it is in an ideal location in a quiet street, but within a few steps of everything needed to enjoy a holiday. Close to pool, beach, shops, restaurants, taxis, buses. Pachi, the owner, was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. I recommend this rental property and I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in direkter Strandnähe

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für eine 3köpfige Familie und ist gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel aber sehr nah am Strand. Restaurants, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz ist auch da. Ein besonderes Plus sind Sonnenschirme und Strandstühle, die der Vermieter zur Verfügung stellt. Ausserdem wurden uns auf Anfrage ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Der Preis ist etwas hoch, aber wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefüllt.

Flat Ok, needs more investment

Starting with the positive side: great location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We are a family of 3 and the space, even though limited was enough - the bedroom could have been a bit bigger. The flat is well equiped and most things are rather new and work well. Decoration of the flat is also ok, kept in a kind of "beach holiday" style with bright colours and some colour accents here and there. The flat is on the ground floor so you have access to the garden and there is a terrasse where you can spend time and enjoy the canarian sun. When you come back from the beach you can shower outside to wash down the sand etc.. You also have a dedicated parking slot on the property at the level of the flat - this is quite helpful if you are with a stroller, small kids. The owner is helpful, communicates in English.

On the more negative side: there was an issue with the plumbing system. The main drain pipe got blocked which resulted in the bedroom being flooded at several occasions. Apparently previous tenants were throwing some baby towels in the toilet resulting in the main pipe being blocked. The owner warned us that the water plumbing is "delicate" and we were very careful not to throw anything into the toilet but unfortunately it seems the system was already clogged when we got there. Needless to say the bedroom seems quite humid and has an awkward smell of humidity throughout. The owner assured us that he is planning some works later this year to solve these issues once and forever and will change the bedroom wooden cupboards that smell bad. Nevertheless we did not enjoy cleaning the bedroom from water, especially on holidays, this should not happen in any holiday accomodation. We were not sure where the water came from so had to wash the floor properly a few times - we have a small child that touches everything.

The flat has a very low ceiling. I understand it used to be some storage space before and was renovated and transfromed into an accomodation. If you measure over 190 cm you will not feel comfortable in this apartment. The two rooms are small. If you are a party of 4 you might feel tight in this apartment. the only storage is in the bedroom - was enough for us but could feel tight for a bigger family. You also need to make sure the gates of the parking spaces and the one leading to the garden are properly closed - you are not the only person using the parking so you need to verify if the other tenants have securely closed the gate.

Owner's Response: Michal, firstly, I would like to thank you for the positive things. As you told me, everything was perfect till the drainage system problem. The point is that we did a big investment to have happy guests in their holidays, but in your case was not perfect. Sorry. As consequence of the drainage problem, the rest is simply to understand as all problems comes from the collapsed pipe: water, humidity, smell, as you know, are in the same pack. As now is solved and working perfectly, all the problems are already solved at the same time. You can see comment after yours. Our incoming guest were quite happy. In regards to the garage next to the garden, belongs to the environ and architect design of the 60th. In general, there are not children and no body claim on this. In fact, to park in Maspalomas Oasis area is quite difficult. The main reason to close the door is because other not authorised car find the opportunity to come in and park their car. In regards to the measure, the accommodation is 2.02 m high. Is explained in the homeaway website this circumstance and when you decided to rent, is understood that you have read all the remarks. Nevertheless, as the apartment is open to the garden and not very big, this point is something that our guests didn´t feel like you. You are right in regards to the number of people that can use the apartment. Is possible to sleep 4, but I never recommend the apartment for 4 people. Then, what is the difference between what we offer to what you have rent?. NO difference except the “accident” caused by the drainnage system (caused not only because baby towels….). In regards to storage space, as you was informed, you had an additional closet next to the apartment. The closet number 2. This closet is prepare for empty luggage, or what ever you would like to store inside and not to have it in the middle of the apartment. I am disappointed about your claim. I am really sorry because the “technical problem” caused you and your family stress. And I apologize for it. But in regards to the accommodation in general I cannot follow you 100%. Definitively, I have learn that maybe we are not prepare for families with children. But the client after you was also a family with a child and was quite satisfied. I will think about.

The beach of Maspalomas

Maspalomas is simply precious. You have to see it to believe it! Thin, blonde sand, and dunes sculptured by the wind contrast with the blue sea into an incredible picture. Of course, a beach that pretty is popular, especially in the area of sun loungers.

You’ll see that Maspalomas is divided in four areas; the first one is perfect for families and children, the second and the fourth are nudist areas, and the third area is well known amongst the gay community.

It is a true paradise for those who love the beaches and entertainment, for families with children, and in case you love the sun. Especially if you wish to escape the cold European winter!

Maspalomas offers all that you want to enjoy a fabulous day in the sand. There are all kind of sports and leisure facilities, including showers and bars, restaurants, and shops. If you want to practice scuba diving, go on a trip with a pedal boat, or rent a water scooter, all of it will be possible within short distances. There are not many areas of shade, so it might be a good idea to rent or carry a parasol to rest your skin from the sun for a while.

The summer flat is situated in such a wonderful surrounding, only a few steps away from the beach. It is the perfect location in the perfect place of Maspalomas.

Everything you could require is available at hand. You’ll find the beach, the pool, the shopping centres, and glorious restaurants within walking distance, so that a car is not necessary. However, the holiday house offers private parking for the cars, which is an extra benefit, in case of renting a car.

To put it simple like our guests do: that holiday home is "simply the best".
