Old farm of more than 250 years, the Hameau du Périgord is implanted in more than 2 hectares of park, meadow and wood overlooking the valley of Dropt. Since its location on height, the view of the surrounding hilly country is magnificent.
The farm consists of three pretty stone houses, all restored in the authentic style of the country with beams and exposed beams and roof tiles channel. They are all well spaced from each other in a structure at once village but independent.
The hamlet of Perigord is 6 km, a town bastide, Castillonès and close to two other bastides known for their market and flea market, Issigeac and Eymet. The main town, Bergerac, is located on the Dordogne River 25 km away. Bergerac is served by an airport with direct flights to France and abroad.
Among the activities offered in the Hamlet, we have the magnificent 14x8 infinity swimming pool with a security installation. It is complemented by a small 4x3 children's pool and a large terrace with stone barbecue, play area, bathroom and enough space to allow to lie down in peace just to enjoy the sun.
You can enjoy a wonderful summer evening around the pool or on the terrace of your house or if you want to go, have dinner in one of the many restaurants in the area and taste the wines and specialties of the region.
