This holiday flat is located just two minutes from the beautiful beach at South Sands, Salcombe, Here there are golden sands, water sports facilities and a regular ferry service to Salcombe. Morfan benefits from a large living room / dining room with extensive, uninterrupted sea views. The accommodation comprises two large bedrooms, one with King size bed, and a single bed chair, and one with two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Duvets and pillows and blankets are provided but you need to bring your own bed linen and bath and beach towels. Morfan is situated on a private drive of 3 properties, and provides two private parking spaces and a large, private garden , with views of the sea. There is a large balcony across the front of the property, and a private patio area located in the rear garden.
There is a family bathroom, with bath, shower over and large airing cupboard. There is a separate cloakroom / wc. The well equipped kitchen has dual aspect windows, with views of the sea and comprises of a range of modern units, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and a wide range of kitchen utensils and crockery. A drawer freezer is located off the large hallway.
In the living area is a TV, with Sky access, a DVD player and a music system with docking station.
There are a selection of books, jigsaws and children's toys provided.
The twin bedroom has spectacular sea views, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, lamps and side table.
The King size room is to the rear of the property with dual aspect windows viewing the garden. You need to bring your own bed linen.
From the large hallway, french doors open onto a large rear patio with rotary washing line, and provides access to the garden and raised patio area, furnished with a large table and 6 chairs. A barbecue is provided.
South Sands is a two minute walk away, and provides a family friendly beach with all you need to entertain the children, golden sand, rock pools, cafe, hotel, water sports hire and shop, and a regular ferry service into the centre of Salcombe.
The flat is on the first floor, the ground floor flat being retained for use by the owner, and as such, is generally not used whilst guests are in residence.
