Perfect Stay in Rome!
This is the second time I've stayed at Rebecca's condo! Obviously I LOVE it! It is perfect for traveling with my family. The condo is so clean and safe. It is exactly as pictured...beautiful! We loved having the space to hang out together and the our space to enjoy some quiet time, the best of both worlds.
Rebecca is wonder to work with. She goes above and beyond to help you. Rebecca is very responsive to any and all questions before our arrival, greets you upon arrival and immediately took care of small issue during our stay! She even helps me arrange for transfers to the airport. I really can't say enough about how helpful Rebecca is.
The location is great! An easy walk to St. Peter's. Along the way there is a train station that for 1 euro will take to Termini. The metro stop Ottaviano is a little bit of a walk (about 1.5 miles) but an easy walk. There are many bus stops that are a short distance from the condo (but we didn't use the buses very much only because I'm not as familiar with them).
Overall, this is a great place to stay and would happy recommend to friends and family.
Thank You Leslie, I hope to see You in Rome as soon as possible !!
We stayed here in April 2018 for a week with our two 14 year old boys. The flat is lovely and spacious, light, clean and well equipped. Crucially for the boys the wifi is brilliant. There is a large balcony to eat lunch and soak up the rays at the back which looks out onto garden and is very peaceful. The main train station is about 10mins walk away where a very frequent bus takes you into the centre of Rome. The Vatican is a short walk away. Supermarkets and eateries within ten minutes walk. Rebecca is a lovely host and gave us lots of helpful information. We would definitely return here if we stay in Rome again.
Ideal spot for your Rome visit
The complex that this apartment is located in is very close to the Vatican yet it is quiet with lots of greenery when you look out from the apartment’s living room. It’s also only a short walk to any one of the three supermarkets that are nearby. To get across the Tiber into Rome “proper” takes around 30 minutes.
A big plus for us was the lockup garage and the ease that we were able to drive out of Rome for the day trips that we undertook.
The apartment itself is large and has security window covers and security doors. There are numerous balcony doors that you can open to let the breeze in. The doors & windows all appear new and are of high quality.
There were however a few minor irritants. The apartment doesn’t have a Toaster and we couldn’t find any wine glasses. There is also no coffee table in the large lounge room which is otherwise tastefully decorated.
In summary, highly recommended with a few minor caveats.
Property was very nice and clean. Location was great.
Rebecca was more than great and so was the property. Very clean and had everything that we needed. If we had any questions or concerns, Rebecca was there to take care of it. She even went as far as to schedule a taxi for us on our return to the airport. The location was a short walk to the Vatican, grocery stores, and restaurants.
With 3 kids, I wasn’t sure how they would like. All 3 really enjoyed the property as did my wife. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
Thanks Rebecca. We had a great time in Rome.
Home away from Home!
I had such a lovely 12 day stay in this apartment, feeling every moment like home (comfortable, quite and cozy)!
Rebecca and her husband were always in communication with me and I really appreciated the quality of service. The location was amazing, central to everything I and my team needed in Rome working on our next film project. The apartment was super clean, with great attention to details and so spacious... it really felt like being at home away from home! Thank you!
Very spacious and safe location!
Clean, spacious, location was great where the locals hang out. Near the Vatican and train station. Rebecca was an awesome host:) thank you for everything.
