Large and beautiful villa located in the residential area El Tosalet de Javea 1 km from the pebble beach of cala blanca and 2 km from the beach in the center of the arenal.

The ground floor consists of a living room / dining room with TV and WIFI internet, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, dishwasher ... .)

 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as follows:

2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or double bed 180cm wide and a bathroom with bath and wc

2 rooms with double bed and shower room and private WC

1 room with a double bed with private shower room in the annex.

Attached house built into the property: (allowing a little independence for a couple or teenagers.)

1 bedroom with 1 double bed with a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Ground fenced of 800m ² barbecue, swimming pool of 8m x 4m in the shape of rectangle surrounded by a large terrace, and a covered terrace, parking for several cars.

NOT Six bedrooms- In need of modernisation, with more attention to residents' needs

The villa was advertised as having six bedrooms, the sixth bedroom was a single bedroom. When we arrived, the " bedroom" was in fact a hallway that leads into the double bedroom in the annexe, and there was no bed in there. I do question whether a single bed would even fit there.

All bedrooms had insufficient storage for clothes- a few hangers and not much drawer space, if any.

The pool was lovely, and a big part of why we took the villa. After the first few swims our children were having to wear beach shoes in the pool because they were cutting their feet and legs on the broken mosaic tiles on the steps. When the pool man came to check the pool he admitted that the pool hadn't had a filter cover on for the first few days, which was extremely dangerous with four girls with long hair snorkelling all day long. He advised us to keep a pair of scissors by the side of the pool.

There wasn't sufficient comfortable seating for a large party- best suited to 5 at most.

The fridge had a broken shelf in the door, which couldn't be used without things falling out every time you opened the door. The broken plastic was rather dangerous with children around.

There was no stereo or DVD player, again as advertised. We had taken cds and dvds with us to entertain the kids in their down time.

The whole villa could have used a lick of paint and a modernisation. Lamps dangle down from the cooker hood in the kitchen.

Every other night we had a power cut, not just " Spanish ways"- we have travelled enough in Spain to know that one of the kitchen appliances was knocking the electrics out. Probably not the dishwasher, as that didn't work for our first week there.

This could be a beautiful place, and we were there to see friends, so our holiday certainly wasn't ruined. It could have been so much better though, and the villa wasn't cheap. We stayed elsewhere for two- thirds of the cost, and it was palatial in comparison. A real shame

perfect Holiday

The Villa is perfect for a holiday with the family. The bedrooms in the house are good , well working airco , the separate bedroom is behind the house and enough space .

but in the summer in Spain you live outside! well sized terras with enough dining place , good BBQ , and lots op space around the pool. sufficient parking for 3 cars. The location is quiet , but within 2 minutes you are at the supermarket , 5 minutes at the Arenal , beach. We highly recommend the Villa . The communications with the owners is very friendly and nice supported. We had a perfect holiday

We got just what we wanted from this trip , relaxation and fun for everyone. The children loved the pool , wifi and garden and we had easy access to the beach and local bars/restaurants .
