The Paseo de Reding apartment is a magnificent design apartment just 150m from the beach of La Malagueta with a privileged location, also next to the main area of ​​cultural and commercial interest.

The property, with quality finishes and a careful design consists of living room with dining area, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious and bright living room consists of a living area with two sofas and a side table, and a dining area with table with seating for up to six guests. From this stay you can also see the sea, a privilege because of the proximity of the beach. The first of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. Amazing apartment in ideal location

A stunning spacious apartment located close to the centre and the beach. Well equipped, high quality furnishings , excellent WiFi.

We had a late flight and it was no trouble checking us in at midnight.

Malaga is stunning, we did a couple of bike tours and played golf. Restaurants in the city and on the beach are fantastic. Definitely recommend Malaga and this apartment is perfect.

Good location, good size, not too clean

The apartment is spacious, well fitted and well located. Parking around is expensive, but that's understandable. Air conditioning was functioning well and efficiently. Street noise is a problem only if you leave the windows open.

However, bathroom cleaning was a big disappoint. Traces of mold were visible in both bathrooms. Also the rooms were not dusted prior our arrival. We noticed the contact person and they came promptly to fix some of the problems (within 3h) but the first impression was already made. At that price, we did not expect such problems.

Also, we would expect some basic cleaning products to be available in the apart. They were missing so we had to buy almost everything.

In conclusion, the apart is great but it is overpriced. The services can be improved or the rate lowered.

It's true that our cleaning lady couldn't assist that laborable day and the apartment was prepared by a professional enterprise in substitution of our worker. Despite all of that, the apartment was checked again by the person who received you, perhaps our colleague didn't notice that detail in the bathroom. We take note of your complain and we will make sure that it won't happen again. Moreover, we have bought more cleaning products for our guests to use them, althought if you had asked for it during your stay, we would have provided them immediately. Our customer support is the most important part of our team, and all our guest give them the highest score, nevertheless this time seems for some reason we have failed. We apologize again and we are sure that were you to come back again to one of our apartments, you would rank your new stay with the highest rating.

Long weekend in Malaga with family

Lovely modern finished apartment in an excellent location. Easy walk to beach and to the old city centre area. Many sightseeing locations within easy reach, open top sightseeing bus tour stops outside the building. Port area Muelle 1 an easy walk for shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our visit to Malaga

Nice apartment, well located

We very much enjoyed our stay in Malaga and this apartment worked perfectly for us. One block from the beach and an easy walk to everything. Nice, quiet apartment, comfortable beds, nice, new bathrooms with good showers. Overall a fantastic value.
