Our fully renovated villa is very bright; it is located in the Abatilles in a quiet area between the golf course and the beaches of Arcachon and Moulleau; you will find nearby small shops: pharmacy / grocery / press / post office ... and bike paths that allow you for example to go to Moulleau in 10 minutes and leave the car in the garage (possibility to rent bikes on square).

- 65kms by motorway from Bordeaux airport (Mérignac)
- Train Bordeaux-Arcachon every hour (duration: 50 minutes)
- Passage of the free shuttle within 200m of the house to the station or the center of Arcachon, the beaches, and the Moulleau.
- Departure of bike paths less than 200 meters from the house and bike paths to the beaches of the basin or oceans.
- We ask our tenants:
1) to respect the tranquility of the neighbors. We will also ensure that they do not cause any nuisance (they are in principle discrete)
2) to report objects broken or damaged during their stay,
so that they can be replaced as quickly as possible.
We remain at your disposal for any questions.
Rules of procedure:
* Rent preferably fortnight or month in summer period.
* Decreasing rate from 3 consecutive weeks.
* No rental WE.
* Rental from Saturday 15:00 to Saturday 10:00. Arrangements of schedules and dates can be studied according to the previous occupants and following...
* Weekly rate from € 1,200 to € 2,200, depending on the season (the calendar is filled in).
The price indicated includes charges (water, gas and electricity, wifi).
* End of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. As a result, we ask our tenants, on the day of their departure, to leave the house in a state of cleanliness as irreproachable as the one in which they had the pleasure to find it..
* 2 uncashed security deposit checks are requested upon arrival: a deposit check of € 2,000 for possible damage and the other of € 120 for non-cleaning.
* Animals are not allowed.
* Smokers are not allowed to smoke inside the house, equipped with smoke detectors
