Nice very well equipped apartment which gets the sun on the balcony till around 3:30pm. Nice view

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It had everything needed in the kitchen, including a large fridge/freezer, and the fluffy towels were perfect. The view from the balcony is wonderful and looks down to the seafront. The sun shines straight into the apartment from early morning and disappears round to the other side of the building around 3:30 in the afternoon. Lidl supermarket is 200 yards away and a nice tapas bar on the opposite side of the street. It is a downhill 10 minute stroll to the seafront and 24 hour square is just along the road from the apartment, again only a 10 or 15 minute stroll. The owner Lourdes, was very pro-active and helpful, and I shall be contacting her soon to check on future availability as I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Also there are plenty of car parking spots. Internet connection was excellent but did go down on the last day, which was probably the result of extremely high winds . All in, I had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend this apartment.

Disappointed.

The apartment was clean and located conveniently. Lourdes was easy to deal with until we arrived. We were told that the Balcony is South facing. It faces East. There is an Erotic Club (Sala Pekadox) in the Basement which booms music till early light on weekends. The bed had stains. The door to the balcony wouldn't lock. Love Malaga but not this place :(

Owner's Response: Really sorry for such dissapointment . There is not an "erotic club" downstairs, it is a restaurant for parties, weddings and celebrations. No other guests have ever been disturbed with any noise ,even those with children or babies....No broken things were reported by you during your stay, we always mend any damages when reported. Please see comments kindly made by other guests, included those who stayed during the same period as you.

Super Holiday Apartment

This lovely apartment was ideal for a very relaxing holiday. The overall booking experience was excellent with Lourdes very quickly replying to all my questions.

The apartment is spacious and very clean. Well equipped if you want self catering. Huge clean swimming pool and terrace. Lovely shaded garden area. Lidl Supermarket at bottom of hill.

An easy pleasant booking transaction with no problem.

Highly recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed.

Property as Advertised

Enjoyed the location, the view and the two small terraces- to access the property there is a hill to climb that was not a problem for me but others may find it annoying. The TV has only a small selection of Spanish stations..however I am not a TV person.

The supermarket is right at the bottom of the hill...one block.

Lourdes was quick to respond to emails and requests.

A microwave oven and better quality frying pan would be useful for people on longer stays...I was there a month.

Overall it was pleasant.
