The apartment, located in the popular savoyard village, Morzine, is in a great location just a short stroll to the Pleney lift or down to Super Morzine lift - often able to ski back to the apartment from Pleney. The apartment is an easy walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants yet quietly tucked away so you are not disturbed if you prefer a quiet evening. The full length windows over looking Pleney make the apartment light and provide lovely views. Newly refitted this year, the kitchen/dining area is modern and well equipped, opening on to the comfortable living area. The mezzanine offers great versatility either as an extremely large main double bedroom or to accommodate the younger members of the family together. The sofa area on the mezzanine also provides extra living space, allowing your group to spread out! The beds have high quality egyptian cotton bedding/towels, quality duvets and pillows.

There are DVD's and games for you to enjoy, along with satellite TV and free WiFi.

About Ali

Hi, although we bought this property only this year we have been staying in this building for over a decade and enjoying Morzine for even longer. Our girls spent many years ski racing around Europe but they have now 'hung up their race boots' and we have at last been able to find our own base in the mountains, which I invite you to enjoy too.

Ali purchased this apartment in 2014

Why Ali chose Morzine

The apartment is in a very 'sought after' area, being in the centre of Morzine, close to everything, yet on the Pleney side of the road giving you peace and quiet when you are ready to retire for the day! Morzine is a great village for friends and family to enjoy - many fantastic restaurants and bars, coffee shops and shopping 'opportunities.' It is a friendly, thriving place, just a short transfer from Geneva airport.

The accommodation is versatile and after years of renting apartments around Europe my main concerns were to provide a comfortable sofa and beds to sink into at the end of the day - let me know if you think I succeeded?!

Perfect apartment for long weekend skiing

Came for a long weekend skiing, apartment is perfectly located for ski lifts, restaurants etc and is lovely and cosy. Ali was very easy to communicate with and so helpful - giving us tips for the stay and also allowing us to check in early and out late. The apartment was very well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Thank you so much!

Just back from a brilliant 4 night stay at Picaron. We were a group of 6 guys who thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was clean, had great facilities, plenty of room, great showers and close to all that Morzine has to offer. The apartment is located perfectly for both Pleney and Super Morzine lifts and with only a 2 minute walk to the closest bars/restaurants you can't really ask for more. Having been to Morzine 6 times before this definitely ranks highly in our accommodation choices. We would definitely book this apartment again and Ali who manages the property was brilliant to deal with and would always respond to any queries very very quickly.

What can I say ! The perfect apartment in a great location - I literally cannot speak highly enough. Great few days in Morzine - which we couldn’t have done without the amazing host Ali. She literally went above and beyond to make our trip happen.

Would highly recommend this apartment and will 100% be booking again in the future!

Excellent apartment, very comfortable with everything you could need. Perfectly situated for Pleney and Super Morzine lifts, and just a short walk into town. Highly recommended and Ali was so helpful!

Great location, comfortable apartment and helpful owner!

We stayed for 4 nights in Jan-Feb for skiing. The apartment is perfectly positioned so that it is just 1-2 minute walk to the Plenney lift but far enough away to not being disturbed at all. The apartment was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Ali was very helpful with the booking and subsequent questions on bars and restaurants, etc. Would recommend
