External: 2 car garage, garden, swimming pool. On the terrace, deck chairs, umbrella, table and chairs for 6 people.

Nice overall

We were staying in this apartment with 2 friends , the rooms look exactly as they do in the posted pictures however the picture of he second bathroom hasn't been included which is tired and needs refurbishment.

Apartment ideal for 2 people until the second bathroom is brought up to scratch .We were only supplied with baby towels, to young to be away from their Mother.

Eventually we were given full size bath towels by the cleaner 2 days before departure.

Apart from the old bathroom and tiny kitchen without a washing machine ,

But the living room is very spacious , the apartment has a lovely outdoor space and access to a well- maintained garden with a small communal swimming - pool .

The apartment was originally booked for our two friends but we upgraded to 4 people later .

Very fast Wifi .

A beautiful and well-placed property.

First time in northern Tenerife, which didn't disappoint. Weather often cloudy but warm enough. Very busy everywhere. Parking often difficult.

It was a very comfortable and spacious apartment inside and out. Beautiful grounds with flowers of all kinds.Everything was well-presented and as described. The outside space could easily cater for all sorts of weather and a larger group. The key handover and leaving was smooth.

The location was easy for local shops and a downhill walk to the sea-front of around 20 minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great base for exploring the island.

So many hills and narrow streets! Not to be missed: Puenta Teno lighthouse, Laguna de San Cristobal, Orotava, Garachico. Serious hikes upto Teno Alto, although you can reach it by car and Rambla del Castro, plus the hike down from Sta Ursula to the sea (Wow!). Plenty of winding roads, with serious views. Don't forget to explore Puerto de la Cruz, which was very lively at Fiesta time-Festival of Masks. Also Botanical Gardens. Would recommend the apartment and the resort.

Fantastic Apartment

I had a superb week at this wonderful apartment. Amazingly spacious, with a huge amount of outdoor space. Superb indoor and outdoor dining options. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are also huge. The Kitchen, although not the biggest, is fully equipped and more than adequate for your needs.

Although in quite a large complex it was very peaceful and private. The swimming pool is also large and very well maintained.

The location is perfect - 2 minute walk to a big, well stocked supermarket and a little bit further to the bars, restaurants & shops of La Paz. Also The Botanical Gardens are on the doorstep as well as being near to the bus stop for the express bus to Santa Cruz. It is a 20 minute stroll (downhill) to the centre of Puerto (5 euro cab back uphill).

I love the apartment & the area and have no hesitation in recommending. Fantastic!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Bilder haben nicht Zuviel versprochen! Die Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Besondern die frischen Blumenbuketts in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse sind zu erwähnen. Qualität der Ausstattung ist hochwertig :-).

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit viel Sonne

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon wenn man zuhause bleiben will ist einfach grossartig. In den Betten lässt sich gut schlafen. Badezimmer sind neuwertig und sauber. Die Wohnung war so wie abgebildet. Alles hat vorbildlich geklappt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ideal wenn man mit dem Bus unterwegs ist, auch mit dem Auto einfach erreichbar.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir können diese Wohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen, denn sie ist makellos sauber, wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und

verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Schränken und über 2 Bäder.

Der Außenbereich ist groß und sehr gut angelegt, bequeme Gartenmöbel und Liegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Apartementanlage, die sehr gut gepflegt ist und auch über einen Swimmingpool verfügt. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der Anlage und im Haus mit einigen anderen Wohnungen ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das lag zum einen an den guten Matratzen, zum anderen an der ruhigen Lage.

In der Wohnung konnten wir u.a. unter vielen deutschen TV Programmen wählen und WLAN war ebenfalls vorhanden.

In nur ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man ein Einkaufzentrum mit einem Supermarkt. Auch sind in der Nähe viele

Restaurants und kleinere Geschäfte.

Fußläufig ist der Botanische Garten zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, daTeneriffa

hat so viel zu bieten hat. Am Haus direkt hatten wir immer einen Parkplatz.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm, die Kaution wurde umgehend erstattet.

Vielen, vielen Dank, daß wir in Ihrer Wohnung so schöne Tage verleben durften.

Gern kommen wir wieder!!
