- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. This exclusive and eye-catching property is located in a large plot of lovely mallorquin landscape. The house is composed by 4 double bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single bed
- Bedroom 4: 2 single bed in a open & spacius area
and 2 complete bathrooms + 1 toilette. The spacious dining room offers large views to the garden and pool while the living room is equipped with a typical fireplace.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and present a dedicated area with table and chairs. The house is 350 square meters and tl ground covers 15,000 meters. The beautiful surroundings of this country house are composed of green area with palm trees, a large pool with outdoor hot water shower, a private tennis course (with artificial lights) and a BBQ place for the long evening summer or winter nights, since you will also enjoy a special covered area.
Bunyola is a restful township located at the meeting point between the Tramuntana mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. This house is located in a valley near the picturesque Mallorquin train to Sóller.
