Lucian duplex is located in the exclusive area of ​​Roca Llisa in Ibiza, near the Golf Club of Ibiza (where the only two golf courses on the island).

Roca Llisa is located halfway between Ibiza and Santa Eulalia del Rio, more precisely between the villages of Jesús and Cala Llonga. And '' considered the best urbanization of the island, being an enclave of luxury and tranquility, in striking contrast with the hectic life style of the other centers of the island.

It '' was designed and built in the late '60s and the early' 70s, thanks to a special plan for the development, urbanization has achieved its objectives, ie a high standard of buildings with the best facilities for an exclusive clientele, houses and apartments that blend with the surrounding landscape, from which you can enjoy the most spectacular views of the coast and the island of Formentera.

Roca Llisa is isolated from the tourist crowds, but it is only 7 km from the city of Ibiza and 16 km from the airport and this makes it an ideal place for your holidays.

The geographical position of Roca Lisa allows you to spend a relaxing holiday, having at the same time all the tourist facilities (such as restaurants, bars, water sports centers, etc.) at hand.

Roca Llisa consists of two areas:

Sea side, consists of a hilly terrain facing south-west, which looks towards the sea. And local houses were built on high and sloping land that guarantee the most beautiful views of the sea and islands.

Lato "Golf", between the beautiful hills where we are the only two island golf courses (Ibiza Golf club, with 18 holes).

Lucian duplex is located in this privileged community, just 2 km from the village of Cala Llonga with all amenities and a beautiful beach, very suitable for children.

Cala Llonga after the first stop is Santa Eulalia, a small and charming village famous for its beautiful promenade and the many restaurants.

This contemporary house is characterized by a typical modern design with clean lines and neutral color tones. Inside, it has large areas with a predominance of white, decorated with colorful fabrics and rustic metal or wood. The house has 3 bedrooms (with double beds), 3 bathrooms (2 with shower, 1 with bath) and living areas to relax.

awesome place

Fantastic home in fantastic location! The pictures do not do the home justice as the setting is one you never want to leave. There was 6 of us, Husaband/Wife, Two kids (4 and 11) and grandparents. It worked for all of us in different ways. The home was clean. The location was great - we could get to groceries/restaurants in ten minutes. We had no intention to go to the main town but was within 15 minutes. Fulvio was the perfect host - always available if need be and prepared us well before arriving. We will be back!!!

wonderful property with amazing view

There is not much more I can say about Duplex Lucian that's hasn't already been said. Truly, once you arrive you never want to leave. It is the most glorious spot with a view to die for. Peaceful, special, secure, perfect...the kind of place I wish I owned! Not sure there is anywhere else I would rather stay in Ibiza. The location is ideal and Fulvio is a wonderful host, ever helpful and always on call if you need anything. Worth noting that there are indeed some steps to get to the apartment. I suggest anyone to book this property
