Tucked away in a quiet residential street is this newly renovated apartment in what is to become a conservation area in the Chelsea Design Quarter. Main bedroom and sitting room are air conditioned, the smaller bedroom has a door onto an internal courtyard for fresh air. Sumptuous beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen. Lovely sitting room kitchen space with SKY TV and WiFi. Lovely garden terrace the chairs and table for al fresco dining. Revel in the infectious creative village atmosphere famous for Antiques, Auction Houses, Art, Design, Lighting, Pictures etc. The famous Chelsea Arts Club started by Whistler is only a few minutes walk away. Positioned in Central Zone 1 and 2 there are easy connections to the rest of London with rail (Imperial Wharf) tubes (Fulham Broadway and Earls Court), buses and taxi close by, better still get to know all the secret gems on foot! A very safe area with friendly community feel. Just through the park is the famous Embargo 59 Club mixing grit and glamor with cocktails. If you like Jazz the 606 club is at the bottom of the road with great acts every night! Great places to eat like the Jam Jar and Megan's a short stroll. All this together with the usual tourist attractions make Uverdale Road a great place to spend your London Holiday. Please note this is our second home so there are a few personal items left here.

  • The second bedroom is light but small with a wardrobe for clothes. There is a large door window to a small internal outside courtyard. This bedroom is small and completely fine for sleep but if you are intending to spend long periods of time in the bedroom it would not be ideal. Double glazed window in master bedroom with airconditioning and ensuite shower room

You couldn't be better placed to explore London's top tourist attraction combined with the famous Kings Road. Amazing design area, galleries, restaurants walks along the Thames etc. Please note the check in time is 3pm , if we don't have guests leaving the same day we will do our best to accommodate an early check in if requested. A very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

After flying for 10 hours, it was nice to be greeted by Helen. She had put some eggs and milk in the frig so we wouldn’t have to shop that evening! We found the flat to be very sunny and comfortable. It was also very clean. There were plenty of towels and paper products provided as well as laundry soap pods.

We found taking the bus to Earls Court Underground Station was the easiest way to get around.

La Pappardella Italian Restaurant on Old Brompton Road served my husbands favorite meal our whole stay.

Well-equipped flat in a nice but somewhat inconvenient neighborhood in Chelsea

I enjoyed my stay at Helen Brodie's flat, located just steps from what must be one of the most charming pubs in Chelsea, the Chelsea Ram. I did not realize that this most southwestern edge of Chelsea is quite far from any tube station (about 1 mile to Earls Court and over a mile to Sloane Square), so I ended up taking more Ubers than I had planned due to my tight schedule. There is good bus service to the flat, but that obviously takes more time. It was very hot in London during my stay, and that made trekking the mile to the tube station rather unappealing. The flat is located on the ground floor, but I would caution anyone with mobility issues to be aware. I slept in the smaller of the two bedrooms, and had to use the 2nd bathroom, which is down a flight of stairs in the basement. There is no handrail of any sort in the tub, and the high sides made climbing in and out quite dangerous for me or anyone who is less than lithe. I would recommend that the owner install a grab bar inside the tub area for safety, and provide a non-slip tub mat. The kitchen, living room and patio were very appealing and well-equipped with everything one would need to prepare meals and entertain. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were top-quaility. This flat was very nicely decorated. All in all, a good stay for anyone who does not need to rush around quite as much as I did. The Chelsea Ram was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we had 2 dinners and one lunch there.

Lovely flat and great customer service.

First time visit to London for myself and my daughter. The flat was perfect. It was nice to have air conditioning, although we didn't need it most of the time. We traveled at the end of May/ first of June timeframe. Sarah, the representative we worked with, was very attentive and helpful. There is a cute neighborhood pub, (Chelsea Ram), about 1/2 block away that was very nice. About a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Fulham Broadway tube station, which we used everyday. I definitely recommend this flat.

A real home from home,

This property is so comfortable, and furnished to a very high standard, and has kept some of the original features, which is very rare these days. It’s location on a quiet leafy street is perfect, if it’s peace and quiet you crave, then this is the property for you. Helen was waiting for me when I arrived and explained the house to me in great detail, which was much appreciated, should you have any problems she is just a phone call away. When I go home I’m installing a Quooker, it’s such a treat not to have to wait for a kettle to boil. I loved the property so much that I’ve booked for later on in the summer. Thank you so much Helen.

Cute and Cosy

My husband and I had a great stay in this Chelsea Pied-A-Terre for 2 weeks.

Well equiped kitchen with great coffee machine.

Spacious master with good ensuite and shower.

Access to Kings Road shopping and Sloane Square.

We had snow so appreciated the second bedroom which we used when our dinner friends could not return home to Salisbury under snow one night. Great heating and great transport options of train, buses or cabs.

Overall it was a lovely cozy space to come home to at the end of hard day "out and about" seeing the sites of London. ❤

Very comfortable for three, with a fine kitchen in which to work and a charming patio.

We were a couple and a single adult. Very comfortable apartment for us. Small second bedroom, but I found it quite adequate with a good bed. Patio and birdsong quite appealing. We had a fine week’s stay. The owner and her assistant were very responsive. All in all, a fine experience.
