Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Now that you have looked at all of the other condo's for rent, why not rent from the BEST one around! We have 2 units for rent in Bldg E-both are 2 bedroom/2 bath large units with approximately 1,300 SF and both have been completely updated and remodeled. These units have approximately 250 SF more than the standard 2 bedroom units at the Dunes. They both have all new appliances including washer and dryer. These are brand new split bedroom units in a gated family oriented gulf/beach front property. The master bedroom and the family room both open onto a large gulf front balcony where you can enjoy watching the dolphins during the day and the sunsets at night.

Both of these units are in the newest building of the Dunes of Panama, the 'E' building, which includes an exercise room for adults and a deli/c-store for the entire family to enjoy.

We have 3 other condo's at The Dunes of Panama in Bldg E and Bldg D and they are also available for rentals. Check out their VRBO ad #452669, #334897 & #405969. The first unit, VRBO #452669, is E-403 and it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with nearly 1,300 SF that sleeps 8. The second unit, VRBO #334897, is D-503 and it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with 1,050 SF that sleeps 8. The third unit, VRBO #405969, is D-1006 and it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with 1,200 SF that sleeps 8. If you would prefer a larger condo or would like to book 4 units from one owner then you found the right person. No matter how large your group or your price range we have a condo to fit.

The property has over 1,500 feet of private beach, 3 pools to enjoy with 1 being heated in the off season. Come play volleyball on the beach or shuffle board poolside. There is also lighted tennis courts, pool side gazebo to get out of the sun, outdoor grilling areas and a clubhouse to enjoy. We want our Panama City condo to feel like your home away from home, only better!

This unit, #E204, is our favorite unit. Outstanding decor, granite countertops a plus :)

We love this unit #E204. It is our favorite condo at The Dunes of Panama. It is super clean. The decor is outstanding and we love the granite counter top and the stainless steel appliances. It has all of the amenities you need while on vacation.

It certainly makes you feel at home except you have the biggest back yard in the world "the beach". Ahhh, no better feeling in the world.

Jim & Eddie Fuerst are so easy to deal with also. If you have a question, you get a quick response. There is no reason to ever rent from anyone else.

Beautiful Condo!!

This was a beautiful condo, and was decorated just beautiful. We loved the tile in the condo rather than carpet. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool area. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and having breakfast each morning. The only downfalls to the condo were the master bedroom mattress was sunk in on the left side of the bed, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the queen sofa sleeper had almost no mattress pad at all. So my son didn't get much sleep either. If these two issues could be fixed, it would be a perfect condo!!!!

Owner's Response: Sorry to hear that you did not like the mattress in the master bedroom. We have had many guest comment on how nice the mattress slept and even had one that went home and bought the same mattress. We had the maintenance office flip and rotate the mattress and have had no issues since. If we had known there was an issue during your stay we could have addressed it at that time. Hard to take care of things when we or the office do not know about them. This unit is rented on a regular basis and we have never received any complaints about the mattress before or since. We do our best to have nice units so that we can enjoy them as well as our guest. I think if you look at all of the reviews for this unit and our other units you will see that we have many happy guest. Concerning the mattress on the sleeper sofa it is a sleeper sofa. I am sorry to hear that your son did not sleep well on the sleeper. It is a mattress that is folded up in a sofa. Find me one that is comfortable and sleeps like a regular bed.

If you are picky, book this condo! Loved our stay here and booked for next year.

The bedding and furniture are comfortable . Very well stocked kitchen with all necessary pots and pans and utensils . The view was spectacular ! The owner was so easy to deal with as well.

If final payment is split between 2 credit cards/guest then I charge a $25 processing fee for this. I also require a $200 refundable deposit and a $50 reservation fee to hold the unit in your name.
